The employees here are not required to wash their hands after using the bathroom. I saw an employee come out of one of the bathroom stalls, and walked right past me without washing his hands. I quickly exited the bathroom and found the nearest employee and asked where the boy was that just left the bathroom. The employee pointed outside to the sidewalk. I proclaim that the employee did not wash his hands. The second employee stated “well that's because he is on break.” I was shocked at the reply and decided to go to the counter where I asked to speak to the manager. The cashier turned around to the manager and told her I needed to speak to her. The manager continued to help with taking three more orders at the drive through. I almost assume she didn't here that I wanted to speak to her, but after the third order she turned around and asked what I wanted in a very "I don't care what your problem is" attitude. I commenced telling her about the young man that walked out of the bathroom without washing his hands. She looked at me as if to say "so". So I said, "he's a McDonald's employee, in a McDonald's uniform, short loose curly hair Hispanic male". She replied "yes, he's on break" I was shocked! Two McDonald's employees, and both of them replied the same, that it's okay to walk out of the bathroom without washing your hands as long as you are on break, as if, before he punches back into work he's going to go wash his hands. I was thoroughly put off, and decided to call their corporate office. their corporate office also acted like they couldn't care less. No promise to rectify the situation, no return phone call. I hadn't eaten at McDonald's in a very long time, because I think they are a low class restaurant. As far as fast foods go, I typically only eat at Chick-fil-A. I was reminded why I don't eat at McDonald's, and I definitely won’t be eating at this location, or any location where I see that manager. It’s sad that McDonald's customer service is completely absent, and flushed down the toilet. I always say, you get what you pay for. They need a complete overhaul by Chick-fil-A. Read moreThe drive thru & front counter staff seriously require training on time management, manners and the entirety of customer service. Our order was about $40 bucks. Cool! The clerk on the drive thru voice box is giving poor customer service to the vehicle ahead of me. On my turn I chose to turn off my car's heater & radio and speak in a Loud & Clear voice without the ( umms ). The clerk still gave me attitude as if I did something wrong. I get to window 1.. with my heater & radio still off and guess what.. attitude again for paying with cash 🤔. I get to window 2.. I'm given my drinks and told to pull in Parking Spot 1 to wait for our food which would take about 10mins. We waited there for 32mins before I decided to go inside with our receipt & watered-down drinks in case the order isn't made. I asked how much time is left for our order but guess what.. they didn't even make our order. So.. I politely asked for a refund and handed my receipt to the clerk. Another clerk came over and asked me to verify my order even though the clerk 1 has my receipt 🧐. Guess what.. there's no cash to give back to me and I have to wait again for cash while the clerk is given me attitude because door dash personnel couldn't get to their order fast because I've asked for a refund. Read moreTried to call to speak to manager.. goes straight to voicemail. We always order big orders. We are a family of 7 . There is always an issue, either large fries filled halfway might as well get a medium.. but then mediums would be filled as a small. Always pay extra for sauces (always order on the app)and never tend to get them and when asking for them ..on top of that they get mad and give attitude or get mad when another worker tries to give whatever was missing . The order somehow always gets messed up. Either sauce missing. Or adding ingredients I took the time to customize so they won't be included...ect.. today really did it though.. I wasn't feeling too good and bought my kids a meal each.. 50$+ .. double quarter pounder had the meat raw in the middle . Mind you My son was halfway through ..smh.. I try calling and nothing.. you would think employees appreciate big orders ..more business right ? But i feel like they despise them 😅 . I hope my son does not get sick from this meat not being fully cooked and I would like a refund as well . I dont care if it's only for that certain meal . But come on man... do better.. the waiting for order i dont care and dont mind because I know it's a huge order . I know what im in for when it comes to that .
