Peoples Choice pizza — Restaurant in Newnan

Have been using this store for years. In the last year nothing but trouble tonight was the last straw. Ordered large pizza, poppers, mozz sticks, meatball grinder, and root beer for the family. The pizza was cold and ordered mushrooms and peppers on one half. They must have forgot because somebody just threw mushrooms and peppers on the top after it was made. Worse they were likely microwaved. gross. The poppers and mozz sticks were cold and dried out two didn't even have cheese in them. The grinder was also cold and when I say cold I mean soggy bread and cheese that can be removed as one piece. Again gross. Called imedialy manager did not care didn't offer to remake the order and come back out nothing. Only thing offered was a thirty dollar credit to next purchase. So I was left with food we would not eat, did the only thing I could make the kids mac and cheese and hot dogs. Oh did I mention that when he answered I introduced my self as a customer that just received an order and he said " Umm.. Yeah ok. And?" Unprofessional much? And now the kicker remember when I said we ordered root beer also? Well we get down to pulling the bottle out of the bag guess what? Yep that's right not root beer. Diet coke. What really! This is the service we get and we are supposed to tip well and agree that they should be paid a highier...

I loved People's Choice for years! Not just me but my entire circle of friends and family! Recently the service is not what it used to be. I ordered two pizza on two separate occasions. I did not receive what I ordered but I did receive an "I'm sorry" written on the inside of the pizza box. To me as a consumer, you know that the order was incorrect and you sent to me with an apology inside the box. At $40.00+ I should get what I order. I called to voice my concerns about my order. I was pretty much given the cold shoulder by the Manager. I was not asking for a replacement order or any thing of the sort. I just wanted my order correct the next time I ordered. After the conversation with the Manager, I decided to go somewhere else. I really loved this pizza place. Dedicated for years, but it has changed and so have I. Moved on to another pizza place. Really need to work on...

My coworkers and I sent in 6 orders and every one of us had a problem with our orders. I personally ordered medium wings and curly fries. Neither of them had any flavor at all. The medium wings had no kick to them at all, no celery or ranch, and for $14.91 including the tip. My coworkers that ordered salads were very disappointed. One of them asked for no onions and had extra onions, and her garlic cheese bread was stale with no cheese. Another had a salad that was very light lettuce and hardly anything else. The salads were way over priced for what they received. When we called to advise them of the situation they said well I prepared that food myself and I know it's right. Haven't we had problems with yall before? My coworker advised them yes we have had problems with yall before and we thought we would give you another shot at it. He said...
