Subway — Restaurant in Newnan

A few years back this location had friendly customer service, and they seemed to know how to build a sandwich. Lately the customer service has completely tanked, and they just throw your sandwich together like slop.

I'm not sure what happened, but they can't seem to keep employees, and the ones that are there, are miserable. Yesterday specifically, the employees did not greet us, and were rushing us through the order. Mind you, when we arrived we were the only ones in there. When we sat down to eat, we noticed that they did that to everyone who came in. Then I realized one of the employees was rushing to sit in the dining area to look at his phone. Maybe it was his break time? That's no excuse for delivering crappy service.

I've had enough. There are plenty of other sandwich spots...

Very skimpy with toppings. I ordered the number five which is supposed to come with four pieces of fresh mozzarella and instead they cut two pieces in half. They were also very stingy with the vegetables.

Other locations that I have visited have been liberal with the vegetable toppings and I always get four pieces of fresh mozzarella on my footlong at the Hogansville location. I checked online to see how many pieces of cheese are supposed to come on that sandwich and you can clearly see there are four full pieces on the illustration that they have.

I do not think I will be visiting this...

I want to thank the kindest employee from Subway that I’ve experienced, Ms. Kristin. I truly appreciate her great attitude and personal touch to treating me with respect and warmth. She made me return to this store today as I felt like my visiting was appreciated and there’s nothing better than to be helped by someone who performs like they enjoy their work as big or small as it may be viewed by others.
