   Read moreI understand Starbucks usually doesn't offer decaf about mid day, however I will usually get some type of alternative offer, pour over, decaf Americano etc. Nothing from the person taking our order. The person who ordered before us didn't get what they ordered and was given a substitute. When asked about the order they were told "that's all we have". I guess spending money on overpriced, pretty good coffee, and expecting to be a valued customer is a thing in the past. To be fair I stopped thinking Starbucks was the best years ago.
