Usually I don’t write reviews in fact, this is my second review of my life. But, this review HAD to be made. Me and my family were looking for a place to eat that was simple and quick. After a very long thought process we picked Burger King. This is CLEARLY where we messed up. We arrived and there were probably three people also in line. I didn’t expect for service right away so I was patient. After finally getting to the front we order our food. The cashier seemed to be working his first job so everyone had patience for him. However for the others it’s a different story. After ordering our food we got our drinks and waited. We waited the longest I have ever waited for food. People behind us in line got their food before us somehow and clearly our food wasn’t even close to being done. Not to mention the countless amount of flies that were in the place. Once we finally got our food they forgot a side and had to cook it separately because they messed up. After I don’t know how long, we got our food and headed to the car. When we took out our food we noticed that the cheese burger that was SUPPOSED to have NO pickles had many. I unwrapped my food and wasn’t surprised to eat what seemed to be frozen food. At that point I was better off picking food out of their freezer and eating it right away. So not only did it take them forever but even after ALL that time the good was still cold. I’m not sure why it’s called “Fast-food” but it’s terribly slow. I’m generous giving the food a 2-star. To whoever is reading this please save so much time and eat...
Read moreIt makes zero sense why I am being redirected to a holding spot out of the drive thru when there was only one car in line a head of me when I pulled in. You can't charge these prices and still take as long as a sit down restaurant with much better food. We are eating at your establishment because we have limited time during lunch breaks. If you aren't going to be convienently FAST then I would rather spend the same $13 for much better burger if Im still going to wait. This restaurant has been the slowest I've ever been to since it opened. Always a line wrapped around the building. And there are days they dont even open the lobby. Today there was no line so I pulled in thinking I wouldn't have to wait 15 mins for my food. They proved me wrong once again. Here I am waiting for a regular menu item. Nothing special or fancy. Either lower your prices or speed up the process. This is insane how long it takes at this restaurant every time I come no matter if it's full or no line at all. Still...
Read moreThis location is fairly new. I parked and got out of my car to find the dining room door locked. No sign on the door or anything. I go through the drive through and ask the girl (who was so rude for absolutely no reason) why the dining room was closed. I only got a mumble of “I don’t know”. I go to the second window. The girl hands me my drink and the lid was not on - spilling it all over me. I don’t expect “bend over backwards” customer service from any fast food establishments, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve encountered in a long time. Management needs to step up their game here - there’s so much potential at this location, but I’m never returning and will spread the word. Food cold. Bad attitudes. Rude. Surprisingly filthy for a new location looking in from the drive through pick up window, but then again - if all of your employees don’t want to be there, I guess they’ll do less than the bare minimum.
