Employees clearly don’t care about the business or customer. Several young men working the inside while the girls were working the drive through. The boys were rude and just didn’t care. 5 deep inside and more in the drive through. They were slow. One of the boys even joking with the guy who was 4th inline and took that guys order. The guys said that there are others ahead and the kid said they won’t matter. Yeah your customers heard that you don’t think they matter. We packed up and walked out.

You should fire everyone of your employees after seeing their carelessness and how they complained the whole time. Also telling customers they don’t matter isn’t good advertisement. My wife, who loves your establishment, even agreed to walk out...

Every time we come here everything we get has a weird taste to it. Tonight I got fried Oreos and the powdered sugar took on the flavor of whatever smell the interior of the building has. I don’t know if it’s the cleaning solutions they use but it is so odd. The cones have it, the buns for the pulled pork/ burgers, even the hard serve ice cream has it. If you walk inside you’ll know the smell, the food has the same taste… it’s weird and I don’t like it. It makes me worried to eat here with the food tasting the way it does. I stopped by a little after 5pm and walked into a group of kids screaming over a guy saying yes to being some girls bf. Sitting on top of the freezer where ice cream is kept. Waited for at least 10 mins to be waited on while they were celebrating and getting free ice cream. I ordered cheese fries, or should I say more like cheese soup. Disgusting!
