Happy-Wok — Restaurant in Newton

I go to Newton temporarily for work twice a week. I got excited when I saw their sign of bubble tea because the last time I had bubble tea was in FL like 12 yrs ago. Its not common to see places selling bubble teas in Jersey from what I know off. So I finanlly was able to have bubble tea again! They hav a few different flavors of bubble tea, and smoothies. My favorite is the passion fruit smoothie! They have median size and small size but the small size is perfect for me and prices are within budget. They accept debit cards with no limit, and have free parking in the back. (u hav to go through the driveway on the left of the dinner, which is right nxt to them). They have tables if u want to eat there. Its always clean when I go in there. Service is fast and employees are nice. To be honest, I havent eaten their chinese food yet, but I got for my bubble tea...

Have been ordering here for over a year now but no more after tonight! Last time we waited over an hour and a half for food and when we called someone answered angrily and said it’s on its way and hung up before we even said a word. This time we tipped the driver decently despite them not getting our order correctly tonight and I shockingly get inside to my phone going off and the delivery driver angrily starts diving into me about how I did not tip and was demanding a tip despite me tipping him. Needless to say I hung up and I will never order from this establishment again nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. This is NOT the way to get more money for your business by hassling your customers for more money and I’m sure the driver tonight was the owner who was also the same person who was nasty on the phone...

Worst customer service they had kids running all over the restaurant and almost ran into people with plates off food when there where walking to there tables to eat . After me and my girlfriend finished eating i spoke to the owner and all he said well there kids. I told them this is not acceptable and bad way to run a business. what if a older person walking in and they tripped because these kids where in there way then you have a lawsuit . Plus these kids parents where never approached or spoken to that the running has to stop. We did not get a apology or even a discount for this issue as a customer courtesy I told them i am done with there place and not coming back again. Do not go there worst place...
