The Sussex County Arts and Heritage Council gallery on Spring Street is a oasis in the heart of Newton. The art displayed in the gallery is first rate and can hold it's own with an NYC gallery of the same caliber. Their top art exhibition is the Skylands show where the artwork displayed is judged and awards presented. Besides the Skylands show another yearly installation is Expose, the photography show, the Senior Art Show ( Sussex Co. Senior Citizens ) and Small Works Show. Special themed exhibitions are also included...
