Highly disappointed. 1st issue: Charged $14.58 in restaurant for what I stood in front of register and ordered take-out for $8.86-When I asked what the $5.72 difference was he just shrugged his shoulders and smiled. I showed him the difference on my phones Pizza Hut mobile app and he said “Uh I don’t know I can get with our manager I don’t think we honor app prices”. I told him it was prices for pick-up in THEIR location. He goes “I will just put our employee discount on your bill if that’s ok”….that made my bill $9.26…I was like close enough. 2nd issue: I ate IN RESTAURANT. He brought me food and my drink. First of all my drink was in a small PAPER cup the size of a small coffee. It was never refilled. Second of all I ask for napkins and a fork and he brings me a plastic fork and napkin wrapped in plastic (like you get from fast food take out). 3rd issue: When I asked for Parmesan Cheese…because there was none on the table….I was told I had to pay $1.99 for a shaker as seen below in picture. Asked if I could just get a packet of Parmesan cheese-I was told they did not have those because management will not order. Do what? The whole pizza concept includes Parmesan cheese being ON THE TABLE. I told him not to bother I was not paying $1.99 for 0.88 ounces of cheese. He watched me take the picture and just smiled. 4th issue: The lunch special advertised all over TV and internet….Not available. Why? Management don’t agree with it so they don’t have it.
Needless to say will never be back to THIS LOCATION.
Literally went 2 days later to Pizza Hut location 15 minutes away. Parmesan and red pepper on the table. Got the lunch special, napkins and steel “real” fork and I was charged 100% correctly. Told manager of that Pizza Hut. He laughed and said “Why they don’t just close that one I dunno”.

Read moreHaven't been there since last summer, ordered pizzas online to be delivered at a location 2 blocks away. Waited the hour it said it would take. Call - proceed to wait 15 minutes. WHILE ON HOLD drive the whole 2 blocks to the restaurant and ask to talk to the manager. While waiting for what passed as a manager I put my phone on speaker. It was still on hold.
Asked about my order, Asked why they aren't answering their phones, another guy comes in, chews them out and leaves without food. Manager says it's because they are short drivers (really, website didnt' have any problem taking my order. Kitchen looks well occupied too... didn't answer my phone) when she asked "what's that noise" I said - oh, that's my cell phone, I'm still on hold from when I called you 30 minutes ago (and then it promptly disconnected me)
Dug my order from the "heater" and gave me the other guy's food too... both were cold, worst pizza I ever ate.
Thought about giving them another chances but seeing the reviews from 2 weeks ago and 2 months ago, it looks like the issue is just as much management as it is who they hire (and what they're willing to play for employees) Guess it's Domino's, Papa John's or...

I work in the food industry and once this place gets your mo ey they could care if it’s edible or if they screwed up. Fries are way overpriced and barely fill the container. Spent $35 there tonight giving them a chance. Got to say very underwhelmed. The stuffed crust pizza is good the wings are decent not anything to write home bout. I liked the fries have ordered them before but never had this few in the container. Call in to speak with the manager and I’m told he is “busy” . So I explain what I received and the reply is “ok I’ll let the manager know”. Well I’d appreciate a call back and he tells me ok he will tell him. And tries to get off the phone without even asking for my phone number. No apology. No nothing. Not impressed. Wouldn’t recommend the fries. At least they covered the bottom of the bowl. 🤦
Edit lowered my overall score as the “manager” didn’t even return the phone call or try and speak with me. I get customer complaints are hard but that’s part of the job. But I guess he got my money and doesn’t give 2 craps about it. Won’t be back to...
