Terrible service. I called and ordered a cake at 9am told him what I wanted on the cake and what to write on the top. When I arrived to pick up my cake none of the owners were there. They had an older lady tending to the register who had no idea how to use it. She didnt know how to run a card and that I needed to go to the gas station and get money. Which meant that I would have been charged for cash back. . I told her I wasn't doing that and that if she couldn't run my card I would just plain out not get the cake. The happy birthday dedication wasn't even written on the cake I was like when I called this morning I even spelled out the name for the guy who took my order. She said she didn't know how to do it and asked if I knew. I work in health care how the hell am I suppose to know how to decorate a cake.... I had to wait for ever it was the worse experience ever. Order 1/4 a sheet with strawberries and pecans paid it and left my phone number. Picked up the cake and they tell me they didnt put pecans!!! Why ask for phone number then?!!! Is it worth $38? No!
