My son and I had dinner at Theo’s on Tuesday night. It was not busy, as it was near closing time, but as soon as we walked in, the lone server working-London-made us feel welcome n right at home. We had breakfast for dinner, one of Colt’s favorite meals. Wish I had taken pictures. Colt had French toast, bacon and eggs. I had a pancake with one egg. The food was made quickly, and tasted delicious. Colt ate every single bite. Even though it was nearly closing time, London never made us feel rushed to leave. The price was extremely reasonable and it was overall enjoyable experience. To the owner of Theo’s, you should give London some well deserved praise, maybe even a raise. Shannon was great, serving us with friendly efficiency and checking often to be sure we had everything we needed.
