Theo's Diner — Restaurant in Newville

My son and I had dinner at Theo’s on Tuesday night. It was not busy, as it was near closing time, but as soon as we walked in, the lone server working-London-made us feel welcome n right at home. We had breakfast for dinner, one of Colt’s favorite meals. Wish I had taken pictures. Colt had French toast, bacon and eggs. I had a pancake with one egg. The food was made quickly, and tasted delicious. Colt ate every single bite. Even though it was nearly closing time, London never made us feel rushed to leave. The price was extremely reasonable and it was overall enjoyable experience. To the owner of Theo’s, you should give London some well deserved praise, maybe even a raise. She’s a keeper, the type of server who will have your guests coming back...

Just had a wonderful breakfast at Theo’s! We were so happy to be greeted by Shaina, who is so welcoming and sweet. Shannon was great, serving us with friendly efficiency and checking often to be sure we had everything we needed. Our meal was delicious and the atmosphere was hometown upbeat, with customers young and old relaxing and enjoying each other’s company. We are so glad to have a great hometown diner again, especially one that serves breakfast all day—our favorite fare anytime of the day. We will be regulars and hope others will give...

Nice place where people know each other and even the employees know the customers and have small talk with them. So much nicer than Carlisle restaurants where everyone's a stranger and a kind of big city indifference between customers. Theo's the customers even know each other. I don't want to go back to Carlisle when I am eating their great food, enjoying the small town atmosphere in Newville. ALSO the food I love, (grilled cheese sandwich and French fries), is there! And I don't have to embarrass myself ordering it from...
