Living in Crestview, it has been tough for us to try out Brozinni's Pizzeria in Niceville. Recently they posted a special offer, a 20" single topping pizza for $15. We took this as an opportunity to give this a try. We made a special trip into town and ordered the pizza, a calzone, and garlic cheese bread. The pizza was ready within 20 minutes and the staff was extremely friendly upon pickup. I was more blown away by the size of the pizza box, as it was the biggest I had ever seen! When we got home we excitedly unpacked everything, and I will say that it all tasted wonderful! There was tons of cheese on the pizza, reminding me a little of Hideaway's Pizza in Crestview, while the flavor was really good. The meat lover's calzone was loaded with cheese and meat and extremely filling! The garlic cheese bread was also good and the kids really enjoyed it, although it was smaller sized, so not the best value. We visited them also at a later date and ate in the restaurant itself. The facility is very nice and the service was excellent! We had the Chicken Alfredo and the Parmesan Chicken and they were both amazing! The portions were larger than we were expecting and the quality was great. It tasted much better than anything they serve at the Olive Garden and I would definitely from the pasta menu again! Overall, we were impressed and will definitely be making special trips into Niceville again for this pizza! I only wish they offered delivery to Crestview.

We ordered Feed a Family with chicken alfredo, salad, breadsticks (photo) and soda. The Chicken Alfredo is what deserved a couple of stars. It was good. The signature salad was pretty much missing the greens. It was all the toppings listed on their menu with not even two handfuls of salad greens for the size. The breadsticks photo added, I sent it to two friends, who had told us to try this place....both said sorry immediately and that it's never looked like that for them. Our pizza crust was the same color. Wasn't tasty, that's just too dark. Our Kissena pizza wasn't as described, so I'm not sure if we received some one else's pizza it was covered with pepperoni and just two slices of meatballs on each slice. We were looking forward to just meatballs, mozz, and basil. So of course with all that pepperoni on the pizza it was really greasy. My husband said only two people sitting at tables in there and the girl behind the counter making conversation with my husband said they only had four orders up, wasn't too busy for them. Then why was our food incorrect and so over cooked? Why not make the customer wait and start over? We will take some of the issue, since we did not check the food before we left Niceville and headed home.

My husband, two grandchildren and I ordered take-out from Brozinni's tonight. My husband loved the pepperoni pizza, and my grandson liked it. My husband and both of our grandchildren said that the sweet tea was the best they had drank in a long time. They drink a lot of sweet tea! Brozinni's had ran out of gallon jugs of sweet tea, so our tea came in multiple smaller containers. My husband and both grandchildren really enjoyed the pepperoni stick appetizer. Sadly, I didn't get a picture of it. They ate it too quickly. The two grandchildren really enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies. I ate garlic bread, 34th Street Pizza, and key lime pie, none of which made a lasting impression. That probably has more to do with me than the restaurant. There were a few issues with our order, but our delivery driver made a second trip to fix the problems with our order graciously. We appreciate the friendly service!

Genuinely feel bad for the brossini's in niceville. Get the employees work very hard and they get tipped but not paid enough yet the management staff wants to argue whether or not their new promotional value can be on it unless you peek with them. However they dropped the actual promotional item in my mailbox even though I don't get delivery and was very disrespectful when they explain to me that they won't be able to honor it for my father after they left his side salad off of his meal and his dessert on his birthday and I have to come back up there and waste my gas and not even get the value of what I ordered. I took all of the service $5 each and greeted them with a pleasant smile. However now I'm leaving and never to return and waste my money ever again on a mediocre lasagna dinner that wasn't fulfilled and its proper form. I have done many years of service and the restaurant business cooking as well as now working in the management business. And learning about professionalism and respect of the brand and if this is the brand that I am supposed to respect I laugh at it as a joke. Wish you the best luckmanagement so sorry for your employees on how hard they work and how little they get paid.

Actually I woke up in a great mood. I'm sorry that you're so incompetent as a manager that you can't make the meal that you you messed up. Even though you did solicit and put unauthorized mail in my mailbox even though I don't deliver with you guys. It's okay it's unfortunate that you don't have the common sense nor the fortitude to keep your business brand exactly what it is a bro. But however you will not ruin my dad's birthday. And we will no longer spend money with your mediocre business. I feel really bad for your employees that you can't just admit where you're wrong. Messing up orders. Not putting in the food that was paid for. Or even honoring a simple brand promo that you put in my mailbox. Which if you didn't know that putting in unauthorized mail is soliciting that's against the law. You guys should do better If you're the owner I feel so bad for your employees. You should look up more of your business policies in the state laws of soliciting. Have a great day. And you should work on your recipes cuz they're bland that's what my dad...

Never again will I order from here. My husband and I ordered from them last night, and it was the biggest mistake. We ordered a Meat Lovers calzone and a Stromboli. When I arrived to pick up my order I stood there in front of the registers for like 15 minutes without recognition. The 2 young teenagers that were working the registers seemed not happy to have to help me. They saw me standing there and just ignored me. Finally they decided to help me and when I received my order it came to almost $32.00. The menu had different prices then what they charged me. The menu said $11.99 for the Meat Lovers calzone which was actually 13.99 and $11.99 for the Stromboli which was actually 13.99. They also charged us for a 1 ounce solo cup worth of extra marinara, almost $2.00. Which I would understand if they had updated their menus but for us that have never ordered or eaten here before they wouldn't know that those were old prices. My Stromboli was brunt on the bottom and had very bare minimal ingredients inside it was all under cooked dough. I couldn't even eat it and had to throw it away. Plus what's up with all that garlicky garbage on the top of it. Disgusting. My husband's Meat lovers calzone was anything but meats. It had olives onions peppers etc. That's a vegetarian lovers. His calzone was also burnt on the bottom and had that disgusting garlicky garbage on top. That also was under cooked dough and not edible. So needless to say we threw away $32.00 with of disgusting under cooked not what we ordered horrendous food. The worst part was we were so hungry from working hard all day and not eating anything just to be so horribly disappointed. Never never never again will we ever order or dine at this complete and utter Disgraceful establishment. Such a gargantuan disappointment. You'll have to burn it to the ground and rebuild and have a complete employee overhaul to have myself or my husband ever consider trying this restaurant ever...
