Dunkin' — Restaurant in Niles Township

I stopped by this Location To get a banana split, I was asked to go around for my order when I got at the window. I said okay because i understand others might have fewer items that are already ready. When I got to the window my banana split was already melted and the whip aswell. I asked for a simple refund but I couldn’t get one cause the manager wasn’t there I live 40 minutes away and have to drive back JUST to get a refund couldn’t even get store credit. If you don’t have a manager that’s fine but atleast an employee that knows just as much as a manager or can handle situations like this cause the Young “Lady” at the window was extremely Rude & Ignorant. Hello everyone I just wanted to share my experience at this location wich unfortunately it wasn’t that pleasant. The owner was standing there and as soon as I bought my coffee and went outside to set in the patio, a police officer came by me and told me that he wanted me to be out . And i asked him for a reason he said that the owner doesn’t want any assyrian to be there even though I haven’t broke any single rule. That was very racist and Im totally shocked because that never happened to me anywhere. Went there to get breakfast/coffee and found a blade casually laying on the seat I was going to sit in... got a napkin and gave it to one of the employees.
