Dunkin' — Restaurant in Niles Township

If I could leave this Dunkin store (STORE #310138) 1/2 a star I would. I've never experienced anything like this nor should anyone else! On the ap it says the place has a bathroom so I pulled in. Out of respect I bought a donut and large coffee. As I was paying for it I asked where the bathroom was and the guy says they do not have one that it's only for employees. At that point I said I do not want my food (that I never touched), plus he didn't make coffee yet. He said he wouldn't give me a refund. I argued for 10 minutes then I said to call the police. He wouldn't so I flagged an officer down and explained the situation to him. He asked the guy if he could make an exception and the guy refused. I am usually in a Dunkin 3 to 4 times a week BUT will NEVER give them my business again. This employee was a total piece of garbage that should never be allowed to be in customer service! DONT GIVE THIS BUSINESS ANOTHER PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED...

Me and my boo Thang came here today to eat some ice cream and donuts. I cannot believe I have been eating this stuff for the past 20 years. Today we came in to celebrate my new diagnosis of diabetes. Me and my lovely LGBTQ partner have finally reached the 600 pound mark on our journey to enlightenment. Thankfully, the pace bus driver had enough patience to help wheel us...

Used to be my go to spot but I guess that was all due to 1 or 2 people. As of the past few weeks, not only is everything more expensive, but my drinks are consistently wrong where its not even close to what I ordered and half of the time my food order is wrong too (and it's for sure my order). Will definitely be going to the other dunkin down the road...
