I LOVE LOVE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE! Definitely a hidden gem.

This sushi spot, though carry-out only, offers an exceptional experience that stands out. The customer service is beyond 100/10! The lady who took our order over the phone was INCREDIBLY SWEET and kind. She was super polite, repeated our order back to us to ensure accuracy, and provided a precise waiting time (not that it matters—we would gladly wait as long as needed!).

She even sent a personal text once our food was ready. When we arrived to pick up our order, she was friendly, patient, and so kind while chatting with us.

The food? Absolutely delicious and nothing short of top-notch quality. I love their concept of focusing solely on carry-out, allowing them to offer great quality sushi at very affordable prices. The portion sizes were fantastic, and all the fish was incredibly fresh. Even the ginger was fresh (THE DETAILS).

We've been hesitant to try Mesaku because of the low prices (we've had too many bad experiences with sushi restaurants that supposedly have "good food" at a low cost), but I'm really glad we ended up giving it a shot. The sushi was great! We got three regular rolls and two signature. The regular rolls were pretty small but were super a good! The signature rolls were tasty but nothing mind-blowing. One thing to note: the regular rolls are definitely on the smaller side, so order a little more than you might normally, otherwise you may still be hungry afterward. Altogether, I think is going to be our new go-to sushi restaurant...

Best takeout sushi, or rather best sushi in general, ever. I’ve eaten a LOT of sushi, spent over $2000 in only one month on sushi before. But this is definitely the best sushi I’ve ever eaten. Not too overpriced. Sushi is prepared fast and everything is super fresh. Owners are super nice and friendly. I’ve been going here for years since I was a broke college student on a budget (the avocado rolls were super cheap back then). Shrimp tempura is one of my favorites here.
