This location with the employees doesn't do a good job. I have multiple incidents with them where the manager don't know how to do her job. I paid through the mobile app and because my points didn't scan for free bagel, I want it back in my mobile app so I can do a transaction again, and I don't know if the manager don't know how to do it or doesn't want to do her job. She's not going above and beyond to help. Other incident to where an employee puts water in my hot chocolate, so it tastes like bland. Like why are you giving me a customer low quality of drink. I paid for that! At the same time, I ordered bagel and an employee gave me a cheddar bagel? Like what?! Please hire new employees for this location or train them...

The place is completely empty and the lady behind the counter is yelling at us kicking us out because she says we didn’t order, when i show her my coffee cup, she is now kicking us out because of the seating time (i get it if i was here for hours and hours but i have been here for an hour and a half). Hi everyone. I was purchasing an iced macchiato large and asked for medium ice. The person named Sabin taking my border's response was sorry I can't give you an iced macchiato with only half filled ice we have to fill it till top so that our milk is saved. Before placing the order I asked him if I can get it with medium iced he said yes but as soon as the payment was deducted his response changed. Please beware guys if you have this guy as a seller m pretty sure you won't get what you want and how you want.
