Maybe there's a difference from location to location, or the chain itself has deteriorated. I'm bummed I spent $30 for something that wasn't up to the requested standards. 1. I requested well-baked. That did NOT happen. 2. I requested pie-cut. That did NOT happen. To the staff person's credit, he admitted someone did not review the "Special Instructions" whatsoever. He did offer to make a new pizza, but I dislike wasting food. When I asked how can I ensure my "Special Instructions," which is a customer-input field on their website, are carried out, he responded "Call him to make sure." To me, that means their training and/or system is insufficient if a phone call on top of an online order submission is required. Last, neither of the 3 staff members whom I saw in the back wore hair nets. Are hair nets not required in food service industry in the kitchen area?

First time ordering from this location and will never order again. The side salad that was $6.00 was missing spinach, onions and cheese that were on the menu description. “Our own creamy recipe “ cheesecake was a tiny piece of pre-packed Eli’s cheesecake. The garlic bread was burned. When I called about it the guy said “that’s a standard side salad and that’s what it is”. We ordered from another location before and the salad was exactly like on the menu. It’s sad that this location is tarnishing the good reputation of Rosati’s by selling inferior products for the full price. And they are not even trying to rectify the problem, they just tell you “that’s what it is”.

Walked in and the guy behind the counter was standing there as if he had a attitude. After waiting for him to say something he did with a attitude! Another customer walks in and he a completely different person. Again I was there first. Helps the customer out makes sure he has everything he needs. But gives me food like this and want to apologise WE WON'T BE BACK

Ordered three pizzas for pick up, one of them was 12” cheese pizza and ordered and paid for extra cheese on it, the other two were regular pizzas with multiple toppings, I picked the pizzas after about 30 minutes and went home for the family to have dinner, the first I opened the cheese pizza and I noticed that there was barely any cheese on it, didn’t like it and I took the first bit and I looked at the pizza in the box and saw a staple (believe it or not) a steel staple on it, I picked the whole box and returned it with my displeasure and complaint to the manager, I was furious and angry, just imagine if anybody would have consumed that staple would have needed up in the emergency room having an urgent probably surgery to remove that pice of metal and then to deal with the damage that metal could have caused to any organ🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. That was my first time purchasing pizza from that place AND I GUARANTEE ANYBODY THAT THE PURCHASE WOULD BE MY LAST ONE. I am currently thinking of placing a complaint with the city’s health department...

The owner here is beyond ridiculous. He's cheap, rude and acts entitled to tips. He argued with me over a pizza where the crust was burnt. I explained to him over the phone I was not happy and driving right back and finally after much arguing he decided to make a new one. Then when I went to go pick it up he just kept arguing over the pizza at this point I just wanted my money back but then he calmed down after he saw that I was not about to let him lecture me twice. The second pizza he made was just as bad but I will not go back. He's ungrateful for his customers and their needs. If he wants his business to do well I highly suggest he stop using cheap ingredients, stop begging for tips on to-go orders as inflation on everything is already high and treat customers...
