This is specifically for my visit today 11/3 around 9am. Ordered my wife's usual peanut butter crunch blender (Xtra shot of espresso 1/2 sweet), 2 kids smoothies, and my usual strawberry vertigo. My wife said her drink tasted like a PB smoothie. I let the red haired young lady with glasses at the window know that and asked if they put the xtra shot of espresso. She just looked at the guy also working and made an annoyed face, handed me my next drink, and sarcastically told me to have a great day. Didn't even acknowledge that our drink was messed up. I go to Scooter's AT LEAST once a day.. I will not be going back. They charge SO MUCH for their drinks, it's not too much to ask that they taste the way they're supposed to taste. My wife gets this drink 3-4 times per week. She knows how it's supposed to taste. I'm not gonna spend that kind of money then be treated like a nuisance. We were halfway to church and late so I called when I got to church and told them and she took my name and told me to come back. I went back yesterday and the girl acted like she didn’t know anything about it and treated me like I was not being honest. Then she went to the back for a while came back with another drink and said next time either call or save your receipt. I am usually greeted and treated with happy friendly faces and conversation but this time while I asked to add a small item to my mobile order I was stunned by the response of “no, that costed extra”, knowing very well I planned to pay the difference at the window. There was no conversation of what that additional cost would be for today’s order or how to help me add that to my mobile order next time. Just given a strict “no.” I was very shocked and surprised that I couldn’t add onto my mobile order to the extent that I will not be back to this establishment.
