The place is filthy. I do not mean slightly dirty or messy from a rush. This is coagulation of scum at every turn. There's no relief! The place is disgusting.
As soon as you walk to the door, you see the glass hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. My first thought now is to look at the floor there's a collection of built up dirt from a dirty mop brushing over it for an undetermined amount of time. Maybe since the opening of the store?
My daughter and I went to the counter and it was filthy. There are zero condiments on the condiments bar and only forks and knives we're available in the makeshift cutlery bin.
It is either under no management or the owners simply do not care. The food is subpar, not because it's Wendy's but because it was barely warm.
They fill orders and never clean. That's it. I don't blame the kids. The kids are not the issue. It is the management. Or the ones that are overseeing the management. I truly blame the owners. Who allows their establishment to look in such disarray? I am close to calling to see if there are health code violations.
We are about half the food and I had my daughter throw away her Frosty. We had to leave. Money wasted and experience learned.
It's really not worth complaining because this place has complacency written in the grime everywhere. I do not expect anyone to write me back and if someone does, I ask that it not be anyone in the establishment, I want it to be the owners. It is all their fault.
I'm really disappointed in Wendy's as a company. I will not be coming back. It is March 2, 2023 and I have yet to hear back from the owner who should feel absolutely ashamed that they are continuously taking people's money for horrible service and accommodations. Read moreIt's been a LONG time since I visited this store and it continues to disappoint. First, the internet was not working, could not access app to use their offers. This was validated by the guy on the register, saying that they couldn't access it either and its been down for weeks. Decided to stay. I ordered a Biggie Bag, wife ordered a Dave's Single meal and granddaughter ordered a Kids meal. Wife got her order ok, kids meal didn't have the burger and mine did not have fries or nuggets. They now have plenty of young people milling around inefficiently and an adult who knows how to stand at the window, arms crossed and looking stern while remaining disengaged. I give credit for bringing staff aboard but you still need someone who can run a business. I think Wendy's Corp needs to come in and pull your franchise or take over this store. The only other people in the store last evening was a group of kids who found a place to hang out and act up. PREVOIUS REVIEWS: Still nothing changed. I was at an HOA meeting awhile ago where a resident asked if we could do anything to force Wendy's to close this store or to induce the owner to sell. The answer was'no' but I'm thinking some may still be interested in trying...Made my quarterly visit to see if anything changed...it hasn't. Walked away after standing at the counter for several minutes watching two boys in the kitchen watch me, without offering to take an order. Read moreThis was our first experience inside this wendys location. Let me tell you it was not pleasant, not only was the management underqualified which she said so herself Miss Ryan but the employees didn't seem to care. First off as we walk in the floor was super slippery throughout the entire restaurant other than the restrooms. Ryan said they had spilt corn syrup 2 days prior and were having issues cleaning it up. We literally watched an older lady with a young child walk in one door and slip her way out to the other door without even attempting to order anything. Second as we order our food the manager is hitting a bag out of the hands of an employee and yelling at the staff. Third other customers were complaining of how messy the dining room was, which it was fifty and telling us it was the most ghetto wendys he's ever been to. Forth the ice machines in the lobby were out of ice so we had to ask te cashier for ice and as he filled all of our cups even someone asking for refill the kid just scooped the dirty cup into the ice bin in the back. Talk about a pandemic increasing because moments and restaurants like this.
