Nocatee Splash Waterpark (Private) — Attraction in Nocatee

My boys had a blast. Its great cause one is 13 and the other is 3 so they both have different options of swimming. We went on an off day so we had the place to ourselves, cant imagine id love it when its super crowded. Just not my thing. I think there is a snack bar there during season.m not sure, and i dont believe there is alcohol if someone was looking to drink. Not sure though. Lots of rules of what can go into the park, and what types of life preserves ate acceptable for the little ones. Wish i had my own water park in my back yard where we could hang...

Resident of Clay County FL. Looking for a fun, inexpensive place to take my toddler, and two teens for a splash fun Sunday. Nocatee water park seemed to fit the bill perfectly! Then found out unless you have upper class friends with min mansions, and $3,000 annual fees you're not getting in. Not open to the public. Not even an option. My father is currently working in Nocatee building on the expansion, and we can't aquire a pass for our family for a one day trip...

This place is amazing. We love the versatility of the pools and options they have for different ages of children. We just got a house in the area and this is one of the main reasons we chose this neighborhood. Thank you Nocatee Splash Waterpark!
