Burger King — Restaurant in Nogales

I just had a very, very unpleasant and upsetting experience here. I was not even allowed to enter the restaurant. I parked when an employee started questioning me. I was so confused. I understand they might have different rules and procedures for parking since it is near the border, but the way that this procedures were delivered were very upsetting. Demanding me to enter the restaurant right away in an angry tone of voice (which later escalated to yelling) and when I asked to speak with the supervisor, Marlene, about the situation she said that the security employee did not yell.

Before Marlene arrived I was upset, but I was respectful to her and instead of her descalating the situation, she used an pleasant tone of voice to tell me I had to get off the car and go in restaurant. By this time I was not in the mood to go in and enjoy a meal with my family.

It is very upsetting for me since I am a resident and have many memories there since I was a child. I am very disappointed and honestly very sad. I know that my experience will just be pushed aside and ignored like all those "little things" but honestly I am tired that people are not been taken...

Went with a friend down to Nogales. He was just going for a followup with his dental work. So I stayed back and decided to eat lunch at the Burger King. Location to the port of entry the main reason. First it was a very large restaurant very clean and some what busy. The girl taking my order was friendly and welcoming. I got a Whopper and a black coffee. The Whopper was very good. Fresh vegetables well made great taste The coffee was a let down.. bland weak and not very good tasting.. still gave it 5 stars due to cleanliness, the work crew and the Whopper. Plus I saved on parking because I had lunch while my friend did his appointment and was back in less than...

The service is very friendly and the restaraunt is always clean. I have been coming here for a year now and I am always greeted and treated kindly.The Whopper is by far the best on the menu. Those on a budget can choose any item from the BK value menu starting at $.99. The spicy chicken sandwich is good as is the Bacon Burger. Burker King also sells lunch items during its breakfast hours which I have always enjoyed. If all you have to spend are Pesos, they do accept them, though the exchange rate is a little low.
