Baja Fish Tacos — Restaurant in Norco

If you're thinking of coming here do yourself a favor and don't!!! We have been coming here for a few years now! At least once or twice a week. They prices are pretty high but the food was all worth it, until last Wednesday to eat. We stopped by placed our order, got our order half way into it I noticed there was a hair on my plate. I called the waitress over and pointed it out to her. She apologized and asked if I wanted to have my food re-made. I kindly said no since I was so grossed out (since I have OCD tendencies), so she mentioned okay, we will add your name to our list for next time, we will comp your food.

So today, we decided to give them another try and stop by to get my food comp, since that the only way I was coming here again!!! Biggest mistake ever!!! My Hubby ordered my food, since I was on my way there, so the food will be ready upon arrival. Got there sat down, went to eat and noticed my order was wrong! I went back to the counter and told them! I asked nicely to have my food fix! What took place next, left me frustrated and complexed! The Manager gets an attitude, says that's how your husband ordered your food! My Hubby was sitting on the opposite side of the counter, now this Manager (more like an Animal) rushes over to the table my Hubby was sitting and completely loses it! Starts arguing, mind you it's lunch time and the place is packed! During the argument he tells my Hubby, you know what out of everybody it's always you guys to complain....I'm just throwing away food! My hubby's replies well then you should have your cooks make it right...so you mean to tell me that you would rather lose a loyal Customer order throwing away food!? His reply was (Yes). This is where I lost it and told them just re-make my food at this point, I'm already super frustrated. I also added, well since you are so worry about not losing Customer's, maybe I should tell everyone that there was a hair in my food last time to see how many Customer's you will be losing? His reply was I don't care you could tell everyone or yell it out too! So I wanted to share my story, of this horrible Manager named Alberto. So sad that they just lost us as loyal as we are to them! Over what a hair, bad service and the horrible attitude of someone that should NOT be part of management at all! He lacks skills, people's skills, rudest human being I have ever been served by! So don't waist your money, time and effort aiming to this location!!!! I wish there was - to give as rating, but unfortunately there isn't...so we will be taking our loyal business somewhere else!

If you walk into a Mexican restaurant and the majority of the customers and employees speak Spanish, you know the food has to be authentic and good.

The restaurant is gated and has its own big parking lot. We got there early and were able to park right in front, and when we walked inside there were only a couple of people ahead of us in line which gave us time to try and figure out what we wanted.

It's a standard fast food place where you walk up to a counter, order and pay for your food, get a number, and the food is brought to the table of your choice.

The restaurant is fairly big for a fast food restaurant with plenty of seating both inside and out.

We chose to sit inside and it was clean and modern.

The food portions are large, so even though I thought I could finish my veggie burrito, I ended up taking half of it home.

There's an open salsa bar next to the fountain drinks, so you can get whatever salsas and drinks you want and come back for more.

I ended up getting 2 different salsas and it made my burrito even better. I went back to get more for the half I couldn't finish and would eat at home.

This used to be a 5 star for food and service but it seems that after the whole COVID thing the kitchen has had quite a few occasions of messing up the order, forget items in the plate or food items. To be clear it's on take out orders. I have never had an issue with done in orders. THE FOOD - the pinto beans and white rice taste amazing, I love the fish tacos. The chips and guacamole are good just make sure they don't give you a bag full of broken chips. The enchiladas are a good go to plate. The carne asada is tasty so the tacos are good as well as the nachos. Over all it's a great place. The service in house is always really good. The people are helpful. There's a few TV's and the offer bottled beer. They also redid the outdoor dining area so you don't really smell the trash from the restaurant next door anymore. Plus they have TV's and heaters too so it's comfortable to dine on the patio. Oh and this place is always...
