Tables were not clean, I needed to ask for my table to be cleaned. The other tables were dirty too. He did not think to clean them either. There were 6 employees in there and NOT one of them said hello. Even when I ordered my food, they did not say hello. They added extra red sauce instead of extra cheese. The food prep lady laughed at the person who placed the order and said look what you wrote, he wanted extra cheese, not more red sauce. She laughed at him. The manager named Jennifer(I think)a very little girl was very unprofessional as a manager. She did not acknowledge her customers or seem to care what her employees were doing. Read moreRUDE ahh female from speaker box to end. There is a specific short and stout female with crusty highlights and the WORST customer service attitude ever. While ordering, she rushed me and has the worst tone conceivable. I payed for my food only got my drink; crusty highlights specifically asked me to pull forward and after I waited for 8min holding traffic behind me. She never delivered me my food. I parked my car and approached the restaurant for my food, to find ALL of the doors were locked! I knocked and she heard me (made side eye contact TWICE). I had to walk around to the Kitchen door that was left open with a box holding it in place. (Rodents much?) In order to get my food. This person should not be working in customer service. Read moreI won't even post about the food. It's always about the service at a restaurant we've all been to many times. This was an odd experience. We were in the drive thru, and the guy tells us NOT to pull up to the window. Thinking that we misunderstood, we started to pull up to the empty window. He came half way out of the window and stuck his hand out and yelled "STOP". So we did. After a longer wait than I'm used to, ( at least 5 minutes) we waived us up and we got our food. I asked him why we had to wait back there, and he said, they had an inspection coming that day, and their numbers had to be right or they would lose hours. It sounds backwards. Who knows, maybe they were trying to get a bonus, but I would rather see them get faster, so they deserve it....
