It's ok. I think the outside of the building is deceptively inviting, while the food itself is average. I appreciate the large parking lot. The 15 to 20 minutes wait for a table wasn't great. I heard a man get upset when a couple was seated before him. At the podium you're asked "Do you want a booth or the first available seating?" Apparently, he had asked for the first available seating, but was skipped over nonetheless. Getting a menu, being given time to make your choices, and having your order taken all happen in a timely fashion. However, it's again another wait to have your food brought out to you. When the food finally came, it wasn't like "Oh, wow, that's a lot of food!" or "Oh, wow, that looks amazing!" It was just "Oh, good, the food is finally here." The portions themselves are decent, like it's enough to go home full, but not enough to really need a container for leftovers. I think it doesn't help that they put the food on huge plates that I think were meant for dinner, so it makes the amount of food you get look even smaller. The food tasted fine. Not great for vegans, though. For brunch, everything had some kind of animal product, like even the vegetarian options still come with eggs. I ordered the breakfast burrito without meat and ended up pouring hot sauce on top just to have some flavor. My sister let me have a few bites of her muffin, which I thought was free with the combo meal she had ordered, but apparently it wasn't and was charged an extra small fee. The strawberry sauce and thick butter it came with tasted good. Meanwhile, there were a lot of people there, so the waitresses were busy. When my sister ran out of water, no one checked in on us to ask if she wanted more or fill her glass up again. I just ended up pouring some of mine into hers. The decorations consist mainly of curtains around the windows and some art with captions talking about how their fruit is freshly picked. So between all the waiting and getting average size and tasting food, I wasn't impressed. Maybe lunch, dinner, and dessert are better?

Had a nice meal on 03/13/19. Ended up ordering the Polly's Dinner Salad, California Tuna Melt, a cup of the Backburner Soup, and for dessert, the Eddie's Apple Slice pie. The salad was small and perfect size for a quick appetizer, it was fresh. The melt sandwich was hot and delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed it. The soup was very tasty and hearty, but a cup size was a bit too small, I should of ordered the bowl instead. And of course, the apple pie with vanilla ice cream was just the right way to end my meal, sweet and warm, melting the ice cream, oh how I love it when it all turns to mush! They were busy, as any restaurant would be for on a mid-week evening. Our waitress did a great job, but she was in a rush (aren't they all). She also disappeared for what it seemed like 10 minutes? We were ready for the dessert and she was nowhere to be found, we had to ask a different server to help us with dessert. He was happy to, and our original waitress was the one who brought it out to us afterwards. This is the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review, but other than that, we enjoyed it, and the food was delicious!

Polly’s Pies is one of our go-to spots for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They’ve got a little bit of everything, including seasonal menus and homemade desserts that always hit the spot. The Country Fried Steak was delicious — generous portions, so come hungry! My kids love that breakfast is served all day, and you really can’t go wrong with any of it. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. A unique touch we love: on Wednesdays from 5:30–8 PM, they offer a kids’ craft and movie time to keep the little ones entertained while waiting for food. Such a thoughtful and fun idea! We also took home three pies, and each one tasted like it was straight from Grandma’s kitchen. Highly recommend this place for a hearty, feel-good meal.

A recent Wednesday at 3:30pm, went here. NOT busy, only 8 other customers! Waitress: Katie. I ordered the Chicken Caliente Penne meal. My husband, a sandwich. 40 minutes later my husband gets his sandwich. MY pasta meal NOT ready! I waited another 10 minutes and had to call Katie over and basically TELL her to check on my pasta! She went back and brought it out to me. Barely warm and UNDER COOKED!! Pasta was like rubber!! I immediately complained and told her to bring me a fresh order...it's now going on 4:30pm. My husband has finished his hot roast beef sandwich and I STILL haven't gotten my pasta meal!! I called Katie over again, and I was VERY upset!! She should have made SURE that the chef did MY order again IMMEDIATELY. She didn't, and she never checked on it again until I complained a second time! And, she never bothered to get a 'to go' box for my husband's leftovers. I had to get that MYSELF from the front counter hostess!! I then told the hostess that WE wouldn't EVER be going back there again... I called the Manger Steve a couple of hours later and had a lengthy conversation. This had been the fourth time just in 2025 alone that the food and service was so horrible! There have been too many times before in the last few years. Manager always gives the same weak excuses! Frankly, Manager Steve is a very poor Manager. This restaurant is terribly understaffed. Not enough servers. Not enough kitchen help. Tables left dirty way too long when it's busy with many customers waiting. Ladies room without toilet paper &/or seat covers. I have heard Manager yelling at his staff in back of kitchen area more than once. His staff always look stressed out and rarely have genuine smiles. Also appears to have a staffing retention issue. Finally, when I have tried to explain to him the problem(s) I experienced during my visit? He interrupts me, makes excuses and is dismissive. It's no wonder this place has so many problems so often!! There's a different ,successful restaurant right across the street. More diverse menu with MUCH more generous portions, better prices! Finally, to the Corporate office that will be reading this: Don't bother offering me/us another gift card as a 'peace' offering. We're NEVER going back here, or to any other of...

I went to eat there with my family and we ordered some breakfast unfortunately the biscuits and gravy were not what I thought the gravy look like it was watered down or made from ice or something I've had way better gravy even at norms or spires so I don't know what the deal is with this gravy but it was very sad it could have been better with some biscuits like that I really don't understand what the problem is with making some gravy some serious gravy I'm very nitpicking here yes but come on if you want to serve some nice country biscuits and gravy you better serve some country biscuits and gravy because you never know who's coming to the restaurant anyway moving on to the next stuff everything else is far as the veggie omelette my mother-in-law says it was okay but I believe it was very sad I didn't have enough spinach or mushrooms anyway getting to my wife's Neil or breakfast if you will it was okay she said it was okay and that was it I had a little bite I have no comments regarding regarding her breakfast as far as the coffee I didn't want any because it smelled sad I had myself a glass of water. One thing I can say as far as the service it was okay the waitress was and of course I believe it was a manager who brought over our breakfast who is very nice and work gloves handling our plates which I appreciate very much but it is not cover the mishaps for making the biscuits and gravy yes you might say oh my God this person so big on biscuits and gravy hey if you're going somewhere trust me you want to have some serious biscuits and gravy you really have to work on that gravy it was very sad I didn't even deserve me taking a picture of it and posting it on here but it was very sad please work on your...
