I order from this story every single day. Today I was verbally assaulted by the “store manager” Cory, the guy with lip piercings.
This man decided to start verbally attacking me as his customer, claiming I called earlier that day and spoke to him. When I denied this accusation, he proceeded to call me “insufferable” and cussed at me, raised his voice at me and ultimately gave me no choice but to demand a refund. I reported this man to the police. I’m pregnant and he made me feel scared and threatened. He should not be in charge of running a place of business when he looks and behaves the way he does. Thanks to him, I will no longer order from this location. I’ve been a loyal customer here for 2 years now! He also refused to give any information about his superiors, which is actually illegal. Read moreIt's a subway, generic food you can get at anyone. But why come here? The STAFF! They are great people. I actually have to pass 3 subways just to come to this one when I am craving a sandwich because this one has some of the best staff anywhere. Their management team is awesome! I actually have conversations with them and they make me feel welcomed every time I come. I actually started going every day for a while till I got sick of sandwiches and it was solely based on the experience I had with the staff that kept me coming back.
I am a picky guy and get special made sandwiches and they never complain. They actually got to know it by heart and as soon as I would walk in they would ask if I was getting the usual. BOOM sandwich done and back on my way. Loved it!
This is an example of what customer service should be and Subway should teach what ever this store has got going on to all the others...

When you have Uber/Post Mates orders going out, you need to double check and insure the order is completed and correct before it leaves your store because we do not have the luxury of checking and correcting it as a post mates customer! We are home with Covid, so can not come in to get the rest of our order, which defeats the point of placing an Uber order to begin with anyways, we called and this was their solution, for me to drive down there! We ordered 6 cookies, and got one and the wrong kind too ! Ordered 2 sodas and got one! Look at the receipt, how do you miss the 5 other cookies when putting this order together ???
