Jolie Nails — Local services in Norcross

I have been going to Jolie Nail for over 2 months and never had my nail break as bad as they did 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I have been in Jolie Nails every week since then trying to get my nails fixed. When I complained about my nail breaking in under a week they talked me into getting gel polish over my real nails which cost my $25 and sadly they explained that this was a discount. I paid it although I was apprehensive but I believed them. They cut all my nails down gave me an excruciating manicure and promised me my polish would stay in place for three weeks. This was on a Wednesday and that Monday I returned because 2 nails were chipping. Instead of them redoing my nails the way I wanted them for free they wanted to charge me for a third time in a row for their crappy service. Needless to say, I walked and threatened to never return because they do not know how to make it right with their customers. i gave this place a chance, dispite all the terrible reviews it has and it was just terrible. it’s very small. and dirty. i witnessed a lady washing off the “nail tools” in the back sink. (they’re supposed to be cleaned in an autoclave to prevent infection or fungus spreading). they cleaned the pedicure tubs with scrubbing bubbles bleach, and i mean just sprayed it on there and rinsed it right off. the whole place was dirty and small. they don’t have the regular “manicure tables”. you sit on a small chair and they do your nails in your lap. not only was the place dirty and unsanitary but none of my nails are the same shape, and they’re all different lengths. when i tried to express to the guy doing my nails that they didn’t look even, he got irritated and said something in the language they speak and got up and another lady finished my nails. i spent $35 ($30 for full set with gel polish and yes i still tipped $5). i’m not happy with my nails and i definitely would not ever trust getting my feet done there. i won’t be going back and i will warn my...

I've never been the one to post a bad review on any business; however this place is unbelievable. This is my sister's third time getting her nails done here. The first time everything was fine no complaints the second time I got mines done alongside hers but they appear to not even ask how we would like our nails instead they just did them. We said ok it's a first time shouldn't happen again. We disregarded how they cut into our skin and how they cut the nails too short. To the point it was really painful. The third time we walked in everything was ok so far until the man who works there started doing my sister's nails in which they again didn't ask for how long she wanted them or what design. By the time my sister realized the nails were done it was too late for her to even say anything and had to choose what color she'd like them is the only choice she was given.
