This restaurant was awful!! They have specials on the board they charge you full price for and don't explain if you wait one minute you would be able to get it cheaper. Then when you go up to get the discount and price that's advertised they tell you you're wrong. They take the phone off the hook,I called for 3hrs straight busy! After I had i just got of the phone with them.when you call back to try to get your money back or talk to someone about the situation or ask when someone will be there to solve the problem a manager. Awful never go here worst customer service ever!!! The manager told me I need you to call back in the morning to talk to another manager. If I was already talking to a manager she should have been able to handle the problem. If someone is a manager and States they are a manager they should be able to fix a customer's problem or be able to handle it. This is not the case a manager had to get me to talk to another manager and for me to call the next day. That's not right and not good at all! The first person should not be a manager!!If you ask to speak to a manager and are speaking to a manager the problem should be solved! The second manager I spoke with was understanding and a lot more professional but only offer me $1.25 the whole meal should have been refunded I spent over 24 hours trying to get the problem fixed and I sit still spent $40 not getting the listed sale price not being told if I wait one minute I could get the sale price my receipt's at 7:08 after 7:00. Also I shouldn't have to talk to two managers I still have received no money back for my time in trouble. Not good restaurant as business,and customer service skills at all I will never go back!!! To start, this place is amazing and the food is absolutely delicious. The drinks are priced well for happy hour and it’s been one of my go to places ever since I moved here earlier this year. I have told so many friends about it and they love it too!! However... the only bad part about this place is a waitress by the name of JESSICA, she served me one time and I refuse to believe she deserves to even have job after how she acted towards our table and how unprofessional she was when handling conflict. She gave a member of my party attitude and rude looks not once but two different occasions. It gets worse, she then went over to the bartender and exchanged words then when our drinks came out next time, I honestly do not believe there was even any alcohol in them. We have been regulars here and to think she would go to such lengths and act so childish. I know for a fact the drinks were different because my party orders the same drinks every time we go and the green apple martini does not ever appear yellow in color which is how she brought it out to us. It’s supposed to be a transparent dark green color and one of my personal favorite drinks on the menu. DO NOT LET JESSICA SERVE YOU. The happy ending is that ever since this problem. The manager personally stepped in took care of the issue and promised it would never happen again.
