If I could give this place a "ZERO" I would. I ordered online at 5:40pm on this Saturday 1/5/19 I received the food at 7:35pm. COLD & NASTY!!! the food was delivered by a lady 60+ years old who had NO BUSINESS trying to deliver food after dark alone in a vehicle by herself and was not clear about where she was going. Once I called to let the company know my issue with the food which cost $42.00 the manager "VICKY" was VERY VERY NASTY, she stated "they were very busy & if she decided to recook our food it would take another hour & half before we got it. I stated tp her that we only lived 9 minutes away and it was already well after 8:pm already. and once I explained to her that we were disabled and we were finally in a position to put our money together & have pizza (something we cannot afford on a regular basis)& just have a good week-end together BUT we are also on a great deal of medication so we couldn't wait to eat that late & NOT TOO MENTION we are ALL in wheelchairs and no transportation to pick-up order. I stated to her if she wouldn't recook the food, then just please refund our money, she refused and after a lot of nasty, arrogant refusal towards me she stated "that she would give us $15.00 back and she was keeping the rest including the tip" and hung up the phone!! This was our FIRST & LAST time EVER ordering from this place, if this company treats disabled persons like this then I hate to think how she treats other people with NO disabilities!! I called on this Monday to ask to speak with another manager and the person (Meghan) that answered the phone stated to me "why , why do you want to talk to a manager and I stated to her that I have an issue & I needed to speak with a manager, she then said "hold on" & left me on the phone for 20 minutes & stated there's no manager here, what's your name & I will give it to the manager on Friday when she comes in, then asked what the Owner's name was & did they have more than one location and she stated I DON"T KNOW & that was the end of the conversation and...
Read moremy family & i have eaten take out from this establishment for a few years & our orders have always been amazing , hot . perfect always … tonight we visted the establishment to dine in & by far the worst experience I’ve had here . our waitress greeted us & took our drink orders & food orders after serving us our drinks . we ordered An appetizer & 3 of the 4 of our party had side salads w/ their entrees . my salad comes out first , my uncles comes out 2 minutes later … 6 minutes roll by and my fathers salad still hasn’t been served to our table . We call our waitress over to ask for the missing salad. she goes to the kitchen and askes for the missing salad . after she asks for the missing salad she approached us asking if she got our order right i got a chicken Alfredo & she asked me if I ordered shrimp , she asked my mother how she wanted her philly customized (when we watched her write it down the first time taking our order) w/ French fries & if my father order manicotti . as this is happening another table approaches a lady at the front desk asking why they have been served half their meals and others at their party have had theirs for abt 5 mins . My mom receives her sub with no fries she says they will be right up , my uncles food arrives 5/10 minutes after my mothers … still no fries when my uncles food arrives .. she tells us they are coming right up My mother has been eating her sub for 10 minutes almost done & my uncle has just begun eating … Finally my food Arrives .. my fathers still hasn’t arrived . My mom has been done with her food . and now so was my uncle & my fathers food still had not arrived not to mention we still have no fries .. she brings my father’s food & he ate one & she AGAIN says the fries are coming right up .. we just packed up and took it home. She never came to check on our meals to see if they were correct or good . The food amazing … needs work on...
Read moreYou know...I give you one star bc your food is on point...but your customer service is atrocious. I called at 6pm and ordered 2 small pizzas and a sandwich. They said it would be 45 min...I said cool. 1 hour and 20 min later I called and asked of my pizza had been sent out...I was flatly answered NO...soni said ok well it's been over a hour, sooo ia it gonna be on its was soon? I was answered with...I dont know....then put on hold for 6 minutes, when they came back on the line they said that they were busy and that they only had 1 driver...ok I get it...I said ok well I just wanna know where my pizzas are....the girl says she can see about giving me a 10% discount....I said cool ok. She then said it would be applied to my next order and I said ...ok so is my pizza on it's way? She replied...."oh you still want it?" UM YES I STILL WANT MY FOOD WHY WOULD I NOT WANT IT ANYMORE?! She hung up....so I called back to ask for the manager to make sure my food was on way... a different girl answered and when i asked for the manager she told me one moment and I heard her ask the manager to speak to me and he yelled at her that he couldn't be BOTHERED to answer the phone for STUPID customers BITCHING about how late their food is....OK DUDE GOT U you have lost a customer and that pains me bc your food is awesome.
