Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Norfolk

MAY 17, 2025-Never got my food, but charged for it. The young man at the register lied twice. He gave my friend a senior discount then told me there was no such thing. Manager came over and he told her my friend said she was military ( lie). He then told me the charge did not go through on my card (lie). The next day, MAY 18, 2025, the charge was on my card. Called the store on MAY 20, 2025 and was told the owner would contact me via email ( lie) never received. JUNE 11, 2025, called bk to the store. Manager very nasty kept saying if the sale didn't come up it meant the refund had been done. When l disagreed, she said if you would let me talk, l will explain it to you". Long story short, she could not find the sale, took my info and said owner would call me. Not gonna hold my breath, but l will call the corporate office. They won't see me again. Very disappointed customer service was horrible. Walked up to the place order 2 young ladies were talking to each other didn't ask may I help you backs turned away from the register. After placing order didn't give total of purchase. Asked for order with no salt young lady took items from out of case told her no we wanted fresh items she then look and rolled her eyes as if she became angry. I've been working with customers service for 28 years and this was the worst I've ever seen. My husband and I will never return to this store especially after being treated like that. First time here with my son never had one of their pretzels. My son already apart of rewards program sign stated can get ANY SIZE drink for a dollar well that's a Lie girl charged us 4.59 even using the app claiming you pay first . WHAT ???
