Some of the rudest employees work here. I’ve had times I shook my head not believing how I was being spoken to. But after having an employee scream at me through the window as I drove away because I tapped on the glass and asked for my coffee that I could see sitting there because the employee behind the window was so busy telling some long story to someone they ignored me at the drive-through. Easily the worst Dunkin' in the area. Almost always understaffed and are always slow with both taking your order and processing it. Also, unlike a lot of other chains in the area, they will wait until you check in at the drive-thru to actually start making your On-the-Go order. Defeats the purpose.
