This location prepares the chicken, chicken tenders, and breakfast biscuits well. I love the apple turnovers too.
But only a few members of the staff work hard and are respectful. The manager seems annoyed with the lack of productivity with the staff and takes it out on the customers.
The lobby area has been closed for a while so they accept the drive thru and food delivery orders only. Not sure if this is policy but they allowed walk up customers as well to those who regularly visited and didn’t have a car.
They would multitask to accept a few orders from the drive thru window then accept the walk up orders. I saw people use this option with no problem for quite a while.
Now recently, the manager (not sure her name but she wears glasses and has a distinct gait-walking pattern) screamed in frustration that the drive thru windows orders were priority as each car came up one by one. I informed her I had waited patiently to be acknowledged and she told me she could not accept my walk up order due to cars that were present after I walked up to the door.
I was under the impression they accepted orders while the cars came in one by one, even on the high traffic days because I have witnessed it personally and been serviced as a walk up order with no problem while many cars were in and out the drive thru window.
I felt the staff was unmotivated and lacked professionalism on this one particular day that she screamed in frustration from what I could see. I don’t appreciate the way she took her anger out on me. She could of informed me in a respectful way if there were changes in place regarding accepting my order. Because I was trying to make sense of why she disregarded my walk up order. She could of had her staff address me much sooner instead of having them ignore my presence.

Read moreRode my bike to the restaurant and went through the drive thru (which is not a problem at most fast food places, and hasn't been a problem here in the past), and was told that I need to goo inside the restaurant to order. Went inside and there was no counter staff. The manager was taking orders for drive thru with another employee serving drive thru. When I asked for a manager, she came to the counter to take my order (but still did not identify herself as the manager). I complained about the lack of service and the need to come inside during COVID, and she ignored the complaint, saying "You're on a bike it's a drive through for cars." with an attitude. When she handed me my change, she gave me the bills, then thought about it and slammed my coins on the counter (I may have laid my payment on the counter a bit hard, but this is still no attitude for a manager you have). When I asked again for the manager, she said "I am the manager, and when I then asked for the number for the main office, she told me out was posted on one of the doors singers and I should look it up. When I asked for her name before I left, she refused to tell me and walked off into the office.
Overall an extremely unsatisfying trip to a fast food restaurant. The mushroom Swiss burger was good and the fries crisp, but the experience was destroyed by the attitude of, not an employee, but the manager of the restaurant. Read moreI visited Hardee’s on my lunch break trying to get some fresh food and when I get there I ordered a two piece chicken combo with fries. After I paid they young lady with the braids asked if I would pull up and they bring my food out. After about 10 minutes I received chicken that may have been sitting under the lamp all day that some genius decided to give me with a scorched smell to it and my fries were the same exact way. I’m disappointed because I didn’t have enough time to go back to have my order corrected so I try calling and don’t get an answer. SMH I will not be returning and I will also be sharing this on Facebook tell everyone before you go here and eat you may as well go across the street to Popeyes at least your food will be fresh and if you call the store it an actual person working who answered the phone. Food isn’t cheap and I don’t have money to be just throwing away. I thank god for growth because the old me would’ve returned back to the store acting a pure food but I just won’t eat here .
