I have been going to this location for years and it has always been a hit or miss. Tonight was most definitely the biggest miss so far. I placed an order online for 2 pizzas and crazy bread, (1 thin crust Pepperoni and 1 stuffed crust sausage) at 6pm and was quoted a time range of 6:33-6:37. I arrived at 6:35 to a busy waiting area. The guy working the register asked who I was picking up for and told me they were working on it, but it would be another 5-10 minutes. I can completely understand this, due to how busy they appeared to be. I went back out to the car to wait and came back in 10 minutes later. The same gentleman told me they were still working on it so I waited inside. I slowly watch everyone disappear around me as they get their orders and leave. After waiting 30 minutes past the quoted time I ask again how much longer. He says they are still working on it. The manager then comes out from the back to help box pizzas. Flash forward, it is now 7:20 and since it has cleared out I can hear them easily at the boxing station and hear them saying here is the stuffed crust, to which the manager responds I need a sausage. It is now 45 minutes past being told 5-10 more minutes and they haven't even started it! All while the other pizza is just sitting on the counter! I said loudly "You have to be freaking kidding me". The manager came over very rudely asking what I meant and I explained my frustration with the situation and what I had already been told several times. His only response was to say well i was in the back i cant control what they told you, roll his eyes at me and say well do you want a refund or to give me 10 minutes to make it! I took the refund. When I asked for a number to call he rolled his eyes again, didn't say a word and just shoved the refund receipt in my face.
In my opinion if a manager is in the back during a rush, wouldn't that mean that he was back there helping make orders (and missed half of mine) or was he just not working at all.

Read moreJust wanted to leave a remark about this location period I don't know if it's just this location, but at the end of the night they throw away all the food that has not been picked up. I've been homeless in the past and this past summer I was unfortunately hungry and had no money, it must have been under a different management then because when I walked in it was about closing time and they gave me two pizzas that they were going to throw away. Thank God they gave me enough to feed four other unfortunately homeless and penniless individuals like me at the time. Just recently I was homeless and freezing cold, hungry and didn't have 2 pennies to rub together and walked in ,during closing time mind you, and just absolutely KNEW I , and another hungry fellow, wasn't going to starve again that night. I joyfully asked for anything they could spare before they threw it out on the dumpster. She(a new employee to my knowledge) nonchalantly said, " Oh, yeah, NO we don't do that anymore. Can I help you sir? (smiling)" She just diverted her attention to the next in line,right from over my shoulder as to blow me off. I just replied saying, Whoa, like so you're just going to throw them in the dumpster before giving them to starving people? She said it was "POLICY". Read moreTo be completely fair I'll say 2.5. Jonathan R. The manager at their particular location was actually the cashier, server,and cook, for our little situation. So actually 1.5 in the beginning and a solid 5 stars based on managers performance. But still overall company rating 2.5 for being chintzy on the cheese. Been going to this location for sometime, ALWAYS have to wait but I'm OK with that I always order extra cheese. Used to have a hard time getting crushed reds and Parmesan cheese. Every employee replying w/manager refuses to stock it since can't charge for it. Not cost effective! I asked to speak to the manager and she stepped out and confirmed the quote and told me I should plan ahead better next time... Any who.... When it was explained to me today that the overhead and overages on cheese were of such a proportion that they've had to replace and retrain an insurmountable amount of emps due to QC. But how could he fix things for our inconvenience in the mean time. I knew he was sincere. He also had a store packed w/custs. But still did not rush me.
