McDonald's — Restaurant in Norfolk

This visit wasn't bad for one. My only complaint is that they still haven't learned how to do "No Salt Fries" & should bag it separately from other fries. If any of the employees happen to read this, use clean tongs & put the fries in the container from the fry basket, that's how u serve "No Salt Fries" & some of us would greatly appreciate it. These small details do matter! *Thank u to the Asian woman working her butt off tonight (7/21/22). I finally got fresh no salt fries for once & everything was good, thank u! (9/11/2024) Tonight (abt 9pm) I received no dip sauce for my nuggets, the fries were sloppily tossed in sideways (1 was no salt & not labled), so the fries got mixed up & my "Sprite" was just ice water! I had already gotten home by the time I noticed. It's sad that people have to check every part of their order before driving off. This time I didn't & the girl that handed me the bag got confused after just 1 sec & thought I was the next car & clueless as to what was in the bag. When I told her I was checking to figure out which was the no salt fries, her reply was "Oh idk, I don't bag anything". A helpful employee would've asked, marked the fries &/ have them bagged separately. This has happened for the most part in the past, just not when you put clueless people...

if I could give this place 0 stars I would. everytime I go there, there is something wrong with my order. they either forget something or get something completely wrong. they have staff members that make me uncomfortable. I literally just got lunch for my husband and i.. girl started yelling at me through the order speaker because I kept having to correct her on the kinds of drinks I wanted. paid for my order at 4:37, and at 4:45 they asked me to pull into the first reserve spot, because there was a "hold on my fries". the woman walked out the door literally at 4:57 with my order, and when I expressed that I was concerned, she stated that they were "running slow today." outraged, I went straight home with the food that was given to me. I get home and it's wrong. usually when you have to wait on fries, they're boiling hot, they were almost cold, and I live 3 blocks up the street. the drinks and the mcchickens were fine. but I ordered 2 mcdoubles, one without onions and one with. well the one labeled without onions has onions on it, and the other was a plain cheeseburger, only patty and cheese, with half of the top bun ripped off. I will never go to this location again. I would rather drive the extra mile to another location than to spend...

The Establishment has been just recently remodeled. Do the new McDonald's more contemporary look an automated ordering station has been placed in for to automated and two cash registers today only one cash register was open and one automated order station.. the line and waiting at the counter was a weight but not excessive weight food came out rather quickly I ordered off the automated menu and it appears those who checked order that register. Serve before the automated menu tells you to take a number and take a seat young lady brought me my drink. Lady who brought me my food was worth so the food on the counter and grab the number and walk away. You have to ask for ketchup napkins and everything there's nothing out for you to get on your own and the staff makes it like it's a big deal to ask for ketchup or napkins. Fries for quite hot the bacon Swiss grilled chicken is also cooked and hot the young lady at the register was relatively friendly the woman who comes from behind obviously was not having it. In my opinion, The Establishment needs to work on their tableside manners. Was also told the ice cream machine is not...
