I got lectured one time about asking one of the bar tenders if i could close my tab and they were the "wrong" one to ask. The most disgusting display of customer service I've ever witnessed. Be ashamed.

We went there on July fourth and the bartenders were rude and seemed to be bothered that there were people at the bar. We tried to order and two separate bartenders walked away. I was by myself, but there were two separate parties next to me also ignored for 15 minutes. I walked away without ordering a drink and went across the street to Grain. Spent 20 minutes at the bar with zero acknowledgment and zero sense of urgency from the two bartenders that were struggling to keep up with a very, very modest level of demand. Was able to witness several cocktails being made to college bar level standards. Never got served in that time, but wouldn’t recommend you order anything as complex...
