Subway — Restaurant in Norfolk

Edited 6/10/23: This is an update…the ONLY REASON I CAME BACK TO THIS PLACE, is because my mother walked next door from the Chinese restaurant. They STILL use the smallest of serving sizes for their tuna. Here is the picture to prove it, all I was tasting was bread. After I expressed my feelings about their serving size, he finished making my sub as if I was getting on his last nerve. Not too mention when I gave him the coupon I had, let’s just say he wasn’t a happy camper. I held my tongue, only because I was with my mother! This place is franchised and operated by foreigners, I miss the previous owners! This place was clean, but the tuna that they put on my sub was such a tiny bit that I could barely taste it over the bread. I let him know that his portion size was ridiculous and they started talking in their language about me and laughing. I will not be going here anymore. I will drive the extra 3 miles up the street to the the next nearest Subway. Horrible tuna...

Sun 3:00 Went in with a good mood left without it. Went in with my boyfriend for lunch and when i ordered and asked for spinage to be put on before it was heated (i like the cheese melted on it) she rolled her eyes. I thought it was a bit rude and as she served the other man to finish his sandwhich me and my boyfriend looked a bit confused by it. Then she returned to make my food and i mentioned the spinage needs to be covered since she put it on a side by itself rather then with the meat and cheese [this is to help it not burn and fly around there oven] she snapped back that she knows and they dont ussualy make it like this. Worst customer service. In the app I didn’t ask for toast, my receipt said toast, in the app I asked for less lettuce, the receipt took the lettuce off. But before all this, I went inside before he started my sandwich and ask if he could spread the mayo on both sides first he says yes and he dumps the meat on the bread and squirts the mayo on top of my meat🤦🏾‍♀️. So if they had mayo packets and the younger one just looks at me then looks down and I’m like is that a yes or a no then the other one says yes one second and they continue to do nothing and look down and I’m just standing there so I just left as my friend is still waiting for her order to be started.
