I got the worst customer service yesterday that I have ever received and I’ve been to plenty subways! I was in between classes because I just started at TCC community college in Norfolk Virginia. The older lady discriminated against me and I feel violated since no one else was treated with such disgusting behavior. I came in line to get a wrap the older man fixed my wrap at first then when going to the vegetables The older lady came to fix my wrap. I asked about More cheese. She complained about me getting more cheese, which I said that I don’t mind paying for then I go to get my lettuce and things I was pointing at what I would like. She told me I could not point at my food I wanted, then proceeds to tell me once I asked for olives and more onions because she literally put three onions and four olives on my wrap she said that was her food, and I’m not going to waste her money she took away my wrap and told me to get out of the store for no reason again I did not have a problem paying extra if that was the case but I’ve never went to a subway where you could not get more olives or onions and That was a problem , I called the police and they did not come up there in time before I left. The lady started recording me on her phone and nicely the son gave me a few cookies because he saw how bad his mother, I’m assuming was treating me and she pointed at me and said that I would have to pay for that which he intercepted and said that he will pay for it because of her behavior I will be filing a complaint. Read moreI work downtown in a law enforcement building, walking distance from this location, and I will NEVER eat here again. Today I received a promo email from Subway for $5.99 footlongs. My coworker and I ordered separately online. My order got caught in a loop on the site, but the $6.74 was debited from my account. I told the store what happened, I showed them my badge, and I showed them my BANK ACCOUNT ON MY PHONE that included their store number, address, time of transaction, and amount. They refused to refund or make my food, the manager was VERY rude, my coworker already had her food and was astounded at how my order transpired. I don't steal, I even gave cashier my number if the transaction fell off so I could come back and pay! She was nice but then the older woman I assume the manager interjected and caused a scene. I'm not embarrassed because I paid for it and I could afford it, I am upset and the lack of customer service and her rude demeanor.
