As an OU student I love the convenience in terms of location, but the hours during the week make it such that some days by the time I get down this end of campus, it's either closed or they turn students away because it's "close to closing time" (10-15 minutes before official close). Another thing is that they constantly bring in LARGE groups of people, which I wouldn't mind, except they always bring them in during the Lunch/Dinner rush, and reserve seating in half of the building which makes it hard to find a table anywhere.
