Taco Bell — Restaurant in Norman

I made the mistake of swinging into this T.B. location on way home from swing shift. I knew the items leaving the menu at end of month and wanted some mini beefy quesadillas. I ordered 3. Pulled forward after 2 cars before me and the male worker said again it is $3.25. I handed him $5.25. He was having a conversation with another coworker that i couldn't see. He was using the money tio wave it around describing i have no idea what. Seemedto me like he was stalling making change. I have friends that worked at taco bells and they used tio say its mostly drunk people driving thru these hours and people drive of without their change. Watched my bag of food dropped at counter while he continued the conversation holding my money. He opened the window and handed the food to me. Took another minute to get my change. Drive down to 7-11 for gas and opened one quesadilla. It hadn't been grilled at all. None of them had been. The location further south that sits next to B.W.W. is always a good experience. I won't be going to 12th and Lindsey location anytime soon and cant recommend...

Good food for a quick bite or if u don't have the time to get groceries just keep some tacos or burritos in your fridge. This place is wonderful for that. People say that they don't use real beef at Taco Bell. I for one don't care because it still taste wonderful!. Too much meat is bad for you anyway. I have just recently worked here and I want to compliment the store that even though the attitude behind the counter is absolutely horrendous and horrible. I'm very happy that the customers don't have to hear and or deal with being near that attitude this is what makes this restaurant stand out. Great rep as fast food and place to eat bad rep as a job to work at. Great food great service and the negativity stays behind the counter. However if you work here its not a place for the weak in heart. But still great food...

PLEASE READ FULL EXPLANATION

This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been to. Poor customer service, order was wrong and things missing, but yet it was my fault according to the manager. Don’t waste your time going here, and God forbid your order is wrong, don’t call and complain because it will be your fault.

EDIT: Got a call back from the REAL manager who was extremely nice and apologetic. Apparently the guy I talked to when I complained was NOT the manager. If you ever have any problems talk to Annette. She’s the REAL manager. I also raised my star from 1-4. I appreciate them calling to clear things up but there also seems to be a problem if someone has been acting like the manager. This may be why their rating is so low....
