I eat at a lot of restaurants on a regular basis. Having worked fast food before I have a general understanding of what to expect, but this visit was not a great experience.
The short version of this story is that the employees acted confused, prepared other customer's meals before mine, held my order way too long, and took coaxing to get them to finish my order. Also the store's cleanliness was shameful. I was not satisfied with my experience at all, other than the nuggets were still miraculously hot.
Here's the long story if you're that interested. Keep in mind, I arrived at 12:15; their lunch rush hadn't quite hit just yet. The dining room was relatively empty. The bathroom was disgusting. It looked like the sink hadn't been washed in a few days. Also the tables were all dirty and had many sticky spots on them. Again, this is right before the lunch rush! Then the service was awful. I made a mobile order for dining in. I saw one employee put my food on a tray, then she looked at the screen and took out a bag, and put my food in the bag, losing a French fry or two. Then she proceeded to put somebody else's food on that tray, calls their name and walks away. So now my food is in this open bag, unattended and not ready. Finally the cashier comes over, looks at the screen kind of confused, and fixes the tray for another customer, calls their name, and then picks up my bag of food and places it on the back counter, still with the bag open. Then he started towards the register, to take another customer's order. By this point I have left my table and been standing by the mobile order pickup and decided if I wanted my food semi fresh, that I'd have to get his attention. So I asked him about my order, pointing to the screen and saying the name of the order on it. He then looks at the screen once more, confused again, and begins to try to finish my order. All that was left to prepare was my drink and it took him coming back to the screen three times before I finally said that all I needed was a cup. Finally I got my food. The burger was cold and the fry box was half empty. Had I more confidence in the abilities of the staff I watched prepare my meal, I might have actually said something.
Like I said before, I eat at fast food and quick services restaurants a lot, 3-5 times weekly in fact. But this experience was a bad one. I understand that when I pay for a biggie bag, that I'm only going to get a biggie bag, and I'm okay with that. But I won't come back if you can't make my experience worth the time it takes to eat...
Read moreThis is really sad. I don't have a Wendy's by my house so I really wanted to try it since we were right here waiting for my Drs appointment. I ordered a Daves's single with extra pickles and my husband ordered a Dave's double with no tomato or pickles and a large fries and a drink. We received two Dave's singles with no tomato but work pickle. No big deal that mine doesn't have tomato but my husband paid for a double. So I took one of the sandwiches to the counter to get it corrected. The man that identified himself as a manager told me I brought the wrong sandwich up and wanted to see my entire order. I'm annoyed because they both were made EXACTLY the same. Onions pickles lettuce with one stove of cheese and one patty. I don't see how that is possible but I just shrug it off. But because he made me feel like a liar trying to get something for free. (I never asked for something for free just corrected.) He slaps one patty on and told me again I brought the wrong sandwich. My husband trying to defend me asked the man why did he call me a liar and how did I bring the wrong sandwich when they were made EXACTLY the same. The man working is very unprofessional and begins to argue with my husband saying I did. I personally don't care I just want to leave and never come back. My husband requests to speak to a manager and the man says, "I am who you speak to!" When we asked the girl at the counter for a phone number to call and or another manager to speak to she goes and grabs this sweet woman. Very professional and calm apologetic for the behavior of the man. Said she will speak to the man about his behavior. I know this tactic. I ran a fast food restaurant before. It'll get swept under the rug. But that's ok. I will not be back. I had few not been able to eat my food because I ended up running late for my appointment from all the shenanigans. I'm pregnant and starving. Next time we will go...

I called and spoke with Alyssa the store manager and she was very courteous and professional. She took care of everything. If this system allows me to change my rating, I will change it to 3 stars. That's an average of 1 star(Thanks to Vic) and 5 stars(Thanks to the amazing service given by Alyssa).

Me and my girlfriend comes through the drive through Wednesday, 1/15/20, 9:30pm. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced took place.
We place our order for a #4 and she says she is out of chicken. We were confused because the #4 is a burger. So we are like okay and ordered something different. Victoria #3351(name tag says Vic) , which is the person taking our order, sounds annoyed the entire time while we are in the drive through. We blew that off because sometimes fast food workers have tough days.
We get to the window and she doesn't say a word to us at all. She hands the drinks to us carelessly and they are leaking out the top all over our car and our clothes. We let her know that this happened "Vic" gives us this idgaf look and takes the drinks, poors a little out and hands it back all sticky and not even wiped down. Then finally the food arrives, the frys are cold, barely room temperature. We let her know this is unacceptable. She takes the bags back and says hey, re-heat these frys for 20 secs. Re-heat the frys?? Seriously?? Anyway, STILL she says nothing to us, not sorry, not ooops my bad nothing at all. Oh and get this, we ask for the manager and she said she is the manager on duty. We are like whaaat?? We asked for a refund and she actually managed to speak and said, "okay". She processed the refund and said... Thanks? We will be reporting this to upper management. I actually would like to speak with the owner. Please reply with a phone...
