Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norristown

I wish you could give no stars. I ordered from this Dunkin’ Donuts three times on DoorDash and all three times they messed up. All time’s I got two turkey sausage croissants with cheese and extra turkey sausage. No time have I got my extra turkey sausage. The first time my coffee was a little to sweet second time to sweet to drink,(pure sugar). Second time gave the wrong donuts and they was soaked from the sugar with a little coffee. I tried to give them a chance hoping they could get it right but again I was wrong. I will be going up there on my break to complain and hopefully get my money back. I just don’t understand how you get it wrong 3 times when all you have to do is read what the person wants!!! Guess I’ll go back to WaWa at least they get it right. The Boston cream donuts were fresh and delicious. Today I just happen to be going by and I pulled in for a quick donut. That's all I had though today. Not much atmosphere in there. There's not even chairs at the tables and you know the all the stuff that you you generally have out for people to put in their coffee isn't anywhere to be found, so make sure you order your coffee at the counter the way you want it the first time around! 🙃🫤👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻💩💩💩. Please keep in mind that the store is in Norristown not in a particularly great spot either. Contrary to the other reviews,I personally will NOT go to any other Dunkin but this location. They make the ice coffee just right,not too sweet but not bland. They always make my egg and cheese wake up wrap like it should,not overcooking or burning it like other locations have.The few discrepancies I've had the manager AND assistant manager have been incredibly easy to talk to and work with. Do I get a few powdered munchkins when I ask for only chocolate? Sure. But that's happened anywhere I go to dunkin,the employees have to work with what's available.
