To say this was the worse experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant in my 34 years on earth would be an understatement!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬 This dump and I have to call it that as there were three homeless people sitting in the doorway blocking the door and upset actual paying customers wanted to enter. I came in for a very simple mobile order of a cheeseburger no pickles no ketchup. Daily simple I order it at every McDonald I’ve ever visited no problem I placed the order 30 minutes prior to arrival expecting it to be waiting. When I arrived at the pickup counter not only was my order not ready they hadn’t even started it. The young dark skinned kid at the counter tried to give me a McChicken when I told him my name for the order. After the first time showing him the mobile order on my phone he tells to the back to make the burger 🍔. I explain that I’m confused why my order isn’t there ready to which I don’t even get a basic apology. The shift supervisor is right there and continues to work avoiding the situation entirely. I walk away visibly upset and sit to wait for the mobile order only for the kitchen worker (heavy set young black male with locs/braids) ask the counter person if he saw my mobile order. The employee lies and says no so they ask me to show it again on my phone which the counter person saw die after I showed him the first time. When I ask for an outlet to plug the phone in and show my order I’m told the outlets are only for employees. I go next door the attached convenience store to use their outlets only to be told that their outlets have been blown up before by customers so I can’t use those either. When I return to the store and explain why I’m leaving they yell as I’m walking out the door “ you still want it” If I could have left NO STARS for this place I certainly would have. It was dirty, with horrible customer service, no accountability and management that had no concern for returning business or customer loyalty. As a bank manager for 13 years and a customer service manager for the last 6 I am disappointed and applauded by this store. I can’t be too upset with Corporate McDonalds as this is obviously a franchise location though stores like this truly diminish the brands...
Read moreI'm absolutely fuming after my recent experience at the Norristown McDonald's drive-thru. I placed a mobile order for pickup, thinking it would be a quick and easy way to grab a bite before catching my train. Boy, was I wrong. I was handed a bag at the window, and since I was in a rush, I didn't check it right then and there. Big mistake. When I finally got home, I discovered they had given me someone else's order! Completely wrong!
So, after a long day, I had to turn around and drive all the way back to McDonald's. And that's when the real fun began. Not only did they mess up my order, but the staff acted like I was the one who made the mistake! They were incredibly rude and dismissive, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by asking for the food I had actually ordered and paid for. After a considerable wait and much frustration, I finally received my correct order. Ninety minutes had passed since my initial pickup, and of course, I had completely missed my train. Thanks to this colossal mess-up and the appalling customer service, I was late for an important appointment. This McDonald's clearly has a serious problem with order accuracy and customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. They've ruined my evening, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the...
Read moreMcDonald's in Norristown PA, I'm almost speechless. First of all it's inside a BP that barely has 3 of the six gas tanks working, and a South side of Detroit (with the employees to match) environment. I had to go inside and literally watched, and listened as a Manager went off in front of other customers about how another manager (who was there) better not confront her about being there on this particular day. And then when the manager approached her she blatantly started telling him how she previously made an arrangement to be there. All this was said and done in front of customers, now why they did not take this to the office is beyond me but okayyyyy. But that is just the beginning, as I know employees are just a product of management training and accountability as obviously there is none at this particular establishment which would explain the crewman in the bathroom vaping, after which he went right back to work after a couple hits. You can't be successful if your managers, and crew, do not buy in to the overall goal, and objectives set for that success. Oh yeah and this is just down the street from the Popeye's that is in the same boat. I did a review on that location as...
