Primo Brick Oven Pizza — Restaurant in Norristown

When I first started ordering from Primo I was quite pleased and posted a positive review about finding a place close by with delivery. However over the past year I've been disappointed multiple times. On at least 4 occasions we did not received everything we ordered. We were offered a store credit to pick up the item at a later time but that doesn't help the hungry family member whose left with chips and soda for Friday night dinner. Also, I would have appreciated the option of having a refund or store credit given that it was their error. Most recently we received a delivery where the fries were so under-cooked even the 6 year old didn't want them. Lastly when I first started ordering from them maybe 2 years ago, the fries were a generous size portion, now, not so much. I don't expect 5 star service from a pizza place but they sometimes have staff that just aren't even fast food level professional. So, I'm sorry to say we have to cross them off out list for now. I recently had the pleasure of dining at primo brick oven pizza, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience.

Starting with the ambiance, the restaurant had a cozy and welcoming feel with dim lighting and comfortable seating. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the meal.

This happened like couple minutes ago. I had order from this place couple of times using the slice app. The guy who usually does the deliveries is a nice guy, good costumer service. Who I got today, was the opposite. Guy was rude from the start, demanding for me to be at the door of my apartment even though he was not even close. By this point I knew I was for ride. I gave him instructions to make his job easier. (I always leave instructions to make their job easier) He arrives at the gate (again, demanding) and I open the gate for him. The guy decided to ride off without delivering my pizza. I called the place, they told me they will call later. So I decided to call the app to get my money back. I only reviewing the service today because how can I review a food that I never got because someone in 2023 does not know how to figure out a gate.
