Super Wok — Restaurant in Norristown

Regular customer. Normally get just a meal and pay cash. If its under $10, you can't use credit card and must pay with cash. Today I did not have cash. Placed my order with a drink to make it over $10 so im able to use my CC and I paid. They always make u pay first. When my order is ready the lady says, did you order a drink? I say yes. She says, a coke? I say yes. She says, did I give it to you? I said no. She looks me up and down and says, are you sure? I'm thinking...Really? Being a regular customer, youre going to look me up and down and ask me if im sure I already got my drink. I said yes Im sure!! I aint ripping u off for no drink!! If u cant remember if you gave your customer a drink or not, then maybe you should charge them after the meal is ready. Dont accuse people of trying to rip you off for an F-ing 2 dollar drink I already paid for. Never again....

I enjoyed the food for awhile since moving from Jersey it was the far most best in the area. We live in conshohocken the food is terrible in this town and also norristown except for August moon the food is great .we come from a town where the restaurant and the eateries strive on the best quality service and food , today i had the worst service and experience from the guy that was taking my order he was very rude and so lousy i will never step foot in that dive again and will let the friends that recommended them to me .I felt it was a race thing i grew up in the south and can identify and retired from a 32 yr job where we were trained about discrimination with the state of nj. Thats what i got today .will persue action...

By far one of the best Chinese food spots in Norristown I've been going here for well over 15 years and the food is extremely fresh not greasy and you can watch them cook it when you walk in they do not deliver and they don't have to because their food is extremely good. I've had quite a few different things sooner menu however I think they should go back to the old way of making their steamed dumplings just my thought so if you're coming through Norristown and you're hankering for some Chinese food try super wok you won't be...
