Perfecto's Caffè — Restaurant in North Andover

The food was 👌👌. The egg on my bagel was the smoothest, fluffiest, yellowist and most perfect egg I've ever seen. Delicious.

I didn't care for their system of ordering. I made the mistake of trying to order at the register. The lady couldn't seem to find a nicer way to let me know that I order at the far end of the counter. I get it - it's busy and a lot of people probably make that mistake so it's annoying. Still, it doesn't make for a nice experience. Everyone else who worked there was very nice.

Once you've ordered, you have to repeat your entire order to the same lady at the register. If it's a lot, it might be hard to remember. It'd be nice to order once and pay.

Old dude customer was sitting playing his own music out loud at a table inside near the front. It more reflects on his behavior to subject others to what he's doing, but nobody is stopping him.

Finally, not long after we arrived a ton of college kids flooded the place. It's great for their business and I'm happy for them, but as a patron that likes a cool, calm atmosphere it doesn't work for me.

I think it'd put up with it all again for that bagel...

On Thursday 4/24/23 at 2:57PM I walked in with my 7 & 10 yr old after school. I had no idea the cafe was closing at 3PM. The door was unlocked and my son needed to use a bathroom so we walked in and ordered two bagels toasted with cream cheese. The cashier was very nice but then the supervisor came walking over saying "we close in one minute and everything is put away so we really can't get anything for you." I understood and asked if we could just use the bathroom. The cashier said, "yes" and we walked toward the bathroom. The supervisor started yelling across the room that someone was cleaning the bathroom and that we couldn't use it. I walked up to the supervisor and told her I couldn't believe she denied paying customers and was taken back by her lack of service, #1 to deny our order when the cafe was still open and the door was unlocked even though it closed at 3PM, and #2 refusing to let a 7 year old use the bathroom. This woman obviously had a long day, but if you you can't take it, get out of the service industry. NEVER...

I’ve been going to perfectos for many years and absolutely love their menu! I have never written a Google review before but I have to point out what I’ve consistently noticed over the past few months: the atmosphere has become stressful. I believe that it used to be a friendly and welcoming place where the ladies that worked there always seemed busy but not stressed out. The last few times I’ve gone, the man that works the cash register has been intense and a little condescending. The first time this happened in front of me I was a little taken aback and thought that he might just be having a bad day, but now I have come to expect it. I know he wants to keep the line moving and get everyone’s food to them quickly but I feel like everyone (workers and customers) is tiptoeing around him to make sure to not upset him.
