We've tried the place a couple of times now. Have to say there's nothing special about their wraps and sandwiches in terms of quality or great flavor....though admittedly there's a big menu/selection. All those choices "seem" great but they don't really translate into "unusual wrap of notable quality I can't find elsewhere." In short the wraps are distinctly average.
That said, on my most recent visit I dropped in at 7:30pm (theyâre open until 8:00pm). I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged for maybe 3 or 4 minutes watching two guys in the back trying breaking down the kitchen early. No eye contact. No âHelloâ. No âWeâll bet right with you.â Just two workers hoping to close up the second the hour hand hit 8:00pm.
One of the guys finally looked up and rather than smile and ask what he could get for me he winced and gave that familiar look that said "Crap, another customer at the counter". When he started toward the register I told them "never mind" and walked out.
Sorry, but when your food is only just average then all you've got is location or service. Hard to accept crappy service when all you get is just a decidedly ho hum wrap/sandwich that's no better than the next joint.
Gotta do better than that guys! Though we are in that shopping center all the time (we shop and work nearby) we are...

From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly baked bread and sizzling flavors makes your mouth water. The staff are warm, friendly, and clearly take pride in every creation that leaves the counter.
Now, letâs talk about the star of the show â the Buffalo Anchor. Itâs a masterpiece. Perfectly crispy chicken tossed in tangy buffalo sauce, balanced with just the right amount of creamy blue cheese and fresh greens, all nestled between a toasted artisan roll. Every bite hits you with a burst of flavor â spicy, savory, and just a touch of sweet. Itâs bold, comforting, and absolutely unforgettable.
The rest of the menu follows suit â creative combinations, high-quality ingredients, and generous portions that make you feel youâre getting more than your moneyâs worth. Even the sides and sauces taste like theyâve been crafted with care.
Whether youâre grabbing lunch on the go or sitting down to savor something special, this sandwich shop delivers every time. The Buffalo Anchor alone is worth the trip â but trust me, youâll want to come back to try...
Read moreWe went to the North Andover location today and were told before ordering that it would be a 25 minute wait to get our food. After waiting 10 minutes one of the employees announced to everyone that it would be an additional 50 minutes to get our food. I went to the counter to confirm I heard correctly and when it was indeed correct I let them know that I couldnât wait 50 minutes for my food and would like a refund. They told me that they didnât know how to refund me and couldnât do it. Had to just leave without my food or without my money. Unfortunately will never go back to a Wrap City. The sad part is that there were a total of 5 people in there that were told 25 minutes and then after ordering had it bumped to 50 minutes. They would have needed to make 5 sandwiches to fix the problem. But instead 5 people ended up leaving there with no food...
