Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Apollo

DO NOT waste your time or money. I know the $6.99 coupon deal is hard to beat, especially in our area where most of the places all have the same food and they give you such a good selection but their food is horrible %85 of the time, mostly because it is cooked way too long, and they get your order wrong %95 of the time. When they do get your order incorrect it is like pulling teeth to fix it because %95 of the staff do not speak English as a first language and their customer service skills are severely lacking in all departments. Also, they will not accept any order over $60, for delivery or carry out, unless it has been prepaid with a card, no CASH. Honestly, I don't care who it is owned by, this is the WORST restaurant in our area %100 hands down. I have given them multiple chances, I guess because occasionally I want something besides pizza and hoagies delivered, and they have screwed up my order in some way every single time I have ordered, 7 out of 7 times. This is the absolute last time I give them my money, and I guess I'll suffer with expensive pizza and hoagies from everywhere else, opposed to their half burnt most of the time food that...

Today is the 3rd time I have ordered dinner from this specific pizza shop & it is officially the last time I will order from Apollo. Every single time I have ordered from this place something is always screwed up. The first time I didn't get what I ordered... I was given sausage instead of mushrooms and they forgot my cheesy bread. The second time, I got someone else's order & didn't realize it was the wrong food until I got all the way home. So, I called and told them about the situation and I was then told to take the food all the way back to the store so they could throw it in the trash and make what I actually ordered... I was incredibly upset about them throwing perfectly good food away instead of donating it or atleast eating it themselves... the pizza I ordered this evening has no sauce... how do you make pizza without sauce!?!?! It's obvious that the employees can't get themselves together. I am an incredibly understanding person and I don't ever say anything about stuff, but screwing up three orders in a row for us is unacceptable. Every single order we've made has been messed up which makes me feel like this happens a lot and it happens...

Ordered first Friday night they were open. We got two medium pizzas and an order of cheese sticks! The food was so good! They've got a big screen inside that tells you when your food is ready like Pizza Hut. Don't get me wrong vocelli's got us through some rough times in this area... But boy is it good to have a nice change! Food was so good imo stay away from the robust sauce and marinara is where it's at! Update 1-10-23 The only thing I would ever go to this store for currently is the cheesy bread, the pizza is dry or burnt they forgot how to make pizza. I guess they had some good helpers the first couple weeks...
