Arby's — Restaurant in North Baltimore

3rd time I ordered take out same routine. I am educated, well spoken, respectful, courteous, and I have good hygiene. I can care less about the smile but cashiers greet everyone with a smile, hello "how can I help u" a happy or indifference attitude, and a thank you have a nice day ending. Soon I walk up cashier talks to co workers, I wait for the hello or can I help u, instead I get stared at. I place my order, once my orders ready cashier walks away by this time I'm the only customer in the room. I said excuse me is that my order cashier replies I'm waiting for your other items in a nasty way. I would then reply I only ordered 1 sandwich, cashier then grabs my sandwich place it in the bag throws it on the counter then walk away. I could care less If a person has different hair, skin, eyes, and accent than me. I judge individuals by the experience I have with them. Racism is ignorant and some of those cashiers are racist and it's not good for business. Unfortunately those racist cashiers are gonna see people that don't look like them everyday they...

There's nothing worse than traveling on the road and you get hungry thinking Arby's sounded good order your food I ordered 2 buffalo chicken sliders without ranch and 2 roast beef sliders with cheese They served my buffalo chicken slider with ranch and my beef sliders with cheese unwrapped inside of a box and stacked them up on top of each other sauces all over condiments thrown on top the fries were cold and old..i asked for my food to be wrapped in a wrapper before they put it in my box and then my bag... Covid 19 is real why wouldn't you wrap people's food up before you served it...telling me that's the way they do it there...i noticed their last award was in 2010....i see...

The employees were really nice, unfortunately my sandwich and fries, not so much. The fish was hot but it looked really old and had absolutely no flavor outside of the pickles, unfortunately I dislike pickles but found out they were on the sandwich when I bit into one first bite. After taking them off, nothing. The fries looked like they were from the very bottom of the bag, you know the serving you get when all except two or three of your fries are about an inch in size. They too were very dark, almost to the point someone missed the timer when it went off but served them up anyway. Did I mention the employees...
