Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Berwick

If a business is open until 8 pm then you should be able to go to the drive through at 730 pm and order anything offered on the menu until they officially are "closed".... It's very bad for this locations business that Every night at 730 (while on my break) I am turned away to not beable to order any food because of the ovens being "down" or "off" .... I work at a VERY large manufacturer next door that brings 100s if not 1,000s of ppl a week to this location for business , knowing that all the other 100s of employees that also on break at 730 pm during week nights that go here on break are also being turned away for any food purchase because of this same reason I'm constantly given is a lot of $ for this Dunkin's location to be loosing out on !! Also VERY frustrating to all who can not get a simple croissant sandwich! I have been taking my business across the street to aroma Joe's who always is fully open and functional working because of this reason AS many others such. As my self I to...

I placed an on-the-go order and upon arriving to pick up my order I was informed that they were unable to make the order because they had no expresso so I asked them to refund my money on the app because I've already paid for it, mind you it's a $6.24 drink. I was told to go on my app and figure out how to get my refund. I was told that they do not refund money on the apps because of the point system ... which I do not understand at all what that has to do with refunding my money but in any event the only thing I could do was email and I am left to wait and see what happens. This is not good customer service at all. What makes it worse is I spend an awful lot of money at Dunkin' donuts everyday as I get at least three drinks a day at $6 a drink! So if you're in Sanford Maine I caution you from the main Street store!! Not friendly or happy...

Worst place ever ! Went twice and both times had the same cashier named Jessie . She was super rude and made our orders wrong everytime. Example : ordered two wake up wraps and end of ordering got our stuff there was none she then blamed me for not telling her what kind I wanted so that's why she didn't put it in the order!!! She never asked !!! Then second time we said sweet tea with real sugar and she put down liquid sugar plus a bagel with cream cheese on the side ...how hard is that . Nope cream cheese on bagel and she said oh I guess I may have misunderstood like ....really. p.s they weren't busy at all no excuse for this at all. She just constantly rolled her eyes and talked under her breath each time something was wrong. I wonder how many people have experienced this. they need to pull the footage I swear she does...
