Poor poor management. Never been treated so bad by Chic fila ever. Ordered my wife & I food; got home no fries with the combo. Called & no answer. Drove back & asked for fries and for them to replace the 2 chicken Sandwich which would be cold by the time we got home a 2nd time. They refused and said they didn't have those particular sandwiches in stock anymore. I asked could they replace with nuggets or something else. The manager said no; we just wanted warm food. We gave the entire untouched food back & asked for a full refund. The manager said she could do that. She took our receipt and food & we are still waiting to see the amount show on our bank account (she said 24 hours; that was 2 days ago). So disappointed in their mistake and not wanting to make things right. All we wanted was a warm meal and to eat our food together not 1/2 here & 1/2 there or have to reheat the food we just paid good money for. It's been 3 months and the rudeness we were treated with has still left a bad taste in our mouth. All the years we bought food and calendars from Chic Fila & supported their business has all gone to waste. I will never eat at another Chic Fila in my lifetime. It's sad; play the Christian music that sets you apart and closed on Sundays but can't treat your customers right??? I am a Christian and love the music but to be treated like we were and say it was due to supply shortages; really? Be honest at least. So disappointed; your image is ruined forever. I had to call back several days later and waste more of my time and relive each detail and provide details from my bank account regarding the time, date, and amount being the Manager on duty kept our receipt to finally get a refund a week later. This could have all been avoided by treating your customers better. No more excuses. Your manager made a bad call just admit it. We were hungry & paid good money for a terrible experience. Your loss; a lifetime of purchases from a customer and their kids whom also will never eat at another Chic Fila. Even your Christmas lights had no shine this year because of how we were treated. I hope you are happy as well as the manager that was rude to us. Over just making your mistake correct by providing what we paid for! A hot complete meal as ordered & paid for. No thanks for holding our money for a week. Everytime I ride by there and see 6 or 7 delivery vehicles that they can afford but couldn't give me the Hot food I paid for & there was No food supply shortage being multiple cars in line still ordering food that night; the manager just didn't want to make the right decision to give us what we paid for; let alone lost time & gas returning. My wife asks about eating there sometimes; Never Again in my lifetime. Your manager could have cared less about serving us. And I had to call back the week after to explain everything again to still get my money refund in which the manager had kept my receipt the night I returned the partial food we were served. I had my bank statement though. Other restaurants LOVE my money; we...
Read moreThese three ladies are super unprofessional. I was pulling a small utility trailer and I saw the sign that said no trailers in the Drive-Thru. It was my first time seeing such, So I asked the manager on the left if the type of trailer I had was okay for the drive-thru before I entered the drive-thru. I was on the opposite side of the building where they are handing food out, that is where I asked her if it was okay. She told me Yeah I was fine. So I proceed to go around to the opposite side of the building and get into the drive-thru line. The two ladies wearing red shirts, instead of coming over to take our order, they continue to stand in the median portion and kept Their conversation going. The girl on the far right came over first with an attitude telling me I could not be in the Drive-Thru with the trailer. My aunt who was in the backseat having a diabetic episode because her blood sugar had dropped got ill with her and we both tried to tell her at the same time that we had already asked and was told that it was okay with the type of trailer we had to go through the drive-thru. After some back and forth I asked her could she call the manager because we had been told it was okay. So they call the manager which is the lady on the left and the gray shirt, she is the one that told me it was okay mind you on the other side of the building. When she came out to the drive-thru section she looked me dead in my face and told me that she never told me it was okay for me to go through the drive-thru. It is not that serious that I'm going to lie about a trailer going through the drive-thru at a fast food restaurant. But that does say a lot about your employees that they will sit there and lie and give attitude like they work at McDonald's. But I don't think that Michelle on the left should be any type of a supervisor. All they told me was that I needed to leave the line. If she hadn't have told me it was okay. I would have never gotten in the line in the first place. When I called to speak to a different manager because this whole situation is ridiculous, the other manager Maria Smith told me that there was another line that people go through that have trailers. Not one of the three ladies pictured said anything about a line for trailers. They just told me that I had to leave. I tried to tell these ladies that the reason my aunt had an attitude and was cussing with them from the backseat of my vehicle was a because of their attitude and b because she is having a diabetic episode but they could have cared less. Management needs to step it up at...
Read moreFirst, I want to acknowledge that mistakes happen but repeating offenses leave me feeling unvalued as a paying customer.
But for this incident specifically I went through the drive-through to buy me, my wife, and my small child dinner and had my order messed up (has happened multiple times before) but that’s not an issue as I have worked in the service industry and understand that accidents happen, upon returning, I went up to the same cashier/employee and asked if I could receive what I had ordered in the first place as the employee was even telling how excited they were for the item I had ordered to be back (seasonal item), they had asked me to go inside to correct the item but I could not as my child was eating and I had cold groceries in the car so they directed me to the handout area to only be told that I needed to pay for the mistake that they had made, they had asked me to pay and up charge for the difference, while the up charge was not an issue to pay why would I pay that after having my food handed out wrong in the first place, my other items had already been sitting and were cold at this point so I got my original item which was not what I wanted and drove off, very disappointed with how this was handled and will not be returning or will not be bribed in order to “fix this problem” instead I will just be recommending different places this holiday...
