China Wok — Restaurant in North Carolina

I've been lately been going to the China wok on North college road I usually just show up on and order in person. On a slim occasion I will call ahead of time. This time when I call the head the man answering the phone refused to take my order over the phone because he said I had swore over the phone the previous time I had called. So I went there and I talked to him I said were you the man that answered the phone he said yes I said why did you say I swore he goes no not at me you swore at one of these guys when he told you that a lunch special was not available on sunday. One I ordered enough lunch specials to know that they're not available on Sunday and two I did not swear at him over the phone I do not swear over the phone and I told him he was wrong. He refused to accept that and then he goes to me what you want to order and I said nothing little places around I'll just call another one and have them deliver I told him and I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude calling me a liar I did not swear on the phone and I left. So for a while let's try another China wok another Chinese restaurant because their attitude there is a little elitist like we're somewhat inferior because we're one of many many customers. If anyone is rude one the guy who said that it was me is a liar and two I found the gentleman I talked to his attitude to be a little uppity and elitist like it was beneath him to even discuss it with me. But of course he was ready to take my order in my money after insulting me and inconveniencing me but like I said I declined and I ordered from another one of the Chinese places and they came and delivered so like I said let's give that China Walk on North college road in the murrayville plaza break for a while maybe these people will begin to appreciate...

I mistakenly ordered at this location versus another and once I realized I headed straight there as it was close to closing time. They closed at 10 and my ETA was 10:03. I was told rudely “do not come” as they close at 10. I’m sure they had made my food and very apologetically asked if I could still come at 10:03 and was hung up on TWICE so didn’t have a chance to explain the situation. I’m ming they do not stay to clean the establishment as they were not interested in my business whatsoever because it was 3 minutes past their closing time. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind to people and who knows, I could’ve tipped well having noticed I cause an inconvenience, but it did not matter to this business. After ordering for over 4 yrs. and contending with small issues, tonight was totally unacceptable! It took over an hr. for delivery and I live withing walking distance,they failed to complete the order. Upon calling, spokes -person very rude, raising her voice and denying we ordered these items. Witnesses were present and heard the order being placed, several times. Driver arrives with 1/2 the order and returned with the balance of the order within 10 mins.
